Spartan Kitchen was able to finish our basement March 2022 and it turned out great! The project included a theater room, full kitchen, bedroom/closet, multipurpose room, and a full bathroom. Unfortunately it took longer due to supply shortages, but the end result as you can see from the photos attached is spectacular. The cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom turned out better than we expected. The shower and bathroom in general, which look amazing, are a result of George taking his time to ensure we were happy with the final result as well as hanging blinds, barndoors, closet fixtures, and other extras. Thank you so much for the design and finished product. We will definitely be using Spartan for future projects and recommending to friends and family.

Here is the vanity installed. High quality wood! Next is the marble top

I first found Spartan when I was looking for a bathroom vanity cabinets. I first tried a popular supply warehouse nearby. I wasn't happy with their customer service, so I stopped here. George is very laid back, and answers even questions I didn't know I had. His input was very valuable for me to choose the right vanity, size, color etc. The fact that it's a small business was very valuable to me. Both George and his wife Ada, had ample time to sit with me and provide the information I needed to make a good choice. I was a little worried about paying for the vanity before it being delivered.( they do have lots of exact examples for you to see however) However for anyone worried about that....put your worries aside. George delivered it for FREE....safely and without a spot on it. We had even agreed on him installing it...but rain and our schedules interrupted it, so I had my contractor install it. Overall good experience with George and Ada. Their price was very competitive with surrounding businesses. But their ability to deliver the product, their ability to provide very personal/informative interactions , and their non-pushy approach sets them apart. I wish them all the best!

    Bathroom vanity

We found this place by chance. We went to a place next door looking for a bathroom vanity for our bathroom remodel. As we were leaving I noticed their shop. We stepped in and asked if they could do a bathroom vanity. The sales lady said yes and she worked a quote for me. It was considerably lower than anything I had found so far. It was everything I wanted, solid wood, fully extending drawers with soft close. I did not order right away, as I wanted to research the company. You will find some bad reviews. But I also found reviews that explained what happened. This company has been reclaimed by the original owners. The person they sold to is what the bad reviews are about. I ordered from them and I am extremely happy. The quality of the cabinet is top notch and customer service was outstanding. I would order from them again without a doubt!

The advice in the kitchen area made it a much more useful work space than the original. The advice in the bath added room for a more spacious tub and modern toilet. All issues that arose were dealt with promptly and to the satisfaction of all. The property they renovated was 50 years old, yet they were able to meld old with new and preemptively replace infrastructure that was overdue for failure along the way at a lower cost. They have stood behind their work, even helping us to identify a problem that was unrelated to anything they did at no charge at a later time. We highly recommend!

The folks at BA were helpful, responsive, explained what needed to be done and helped us navigate all of the projects they headed. They worked mostly with my wife and just did an amazing job. They were even sensitive about our budget and made adjustments accordingly (marble and tile decisions, timing of when to do what, etc.). Anyways, I usually don't gush about a service provider but this team went above and beyond. So I guess I felt compelled to do the same. Highly recommend BA. You're doing yourself a favor and saving yourself multiple headaches. This team can do everything you need done.

Just say 'No.' Not entirely sure where to begin on this…read morebecause there is so much to write. Well, there is so much to write about here. We hired ARS to renovate our master bathroom. We were told the job would be approximately 3 weeks to do. We paid half up front & the other half was to be due upon completion of the punchlist items. The job started off great! Prompt on the demo and clean up. Then the problems started... Now, we are not experts in design at all, and they provided one to us for tile selection. Turns out that the tile we chose for our shower floor had to be hand laid, which resulted in poor grout lines in the shower. ARS stated that it was due to the walls not being straight, but they had it down to the studs & could have fixed that initially. Then there was the project manager on our job... He was a new hire and supposedly had a lot of experience. Unfortunately, he had very poor communication skills and did not keep us up to speed on the work. Add in a poor attitude and let's just say that he wasn't easy to deal with. Then there was the bathtub... We were told to use Google image search to find bathtubs we liked. We did & presented the options to our sales guy. After trying to talk us into a different tub, he finally said that he could get the exact tub we wanted. It would be more money, but we were ok with that. So, I sent a confirmatory email (with picture attached) for it. When the tub was delivered, it was not the correct tub. We told them that & they tried to say that it was correct. Even the owner of the company, John Hogan, said it wasn't the same tub when we looked at the picture together. Then there was the shower... It was initially tiled by one of their guys. Unfortunately, the gout lines were not even and the shower floor wasn't even either. Needless to say, my wife wasn't happy. So, they told us it was because of the tile we picked. Again, we had no clue because the designer they gave us didn't let us know, probably because it was her last day when she met with us. So, they redid the shower floor, after getting us another designer. This time, they used their best tile guy. And it was certainly a better job than the first time, no arguments there! But, the grout was still uneven on the floor, even after changing the tile to one that they company said would be easiest to lay. Through all of this they kept saying that our satisfaction was their priority. To whit, the original project manager was fired, the owner of the company was to then be our project manager, but he handed us off to another new hire. This last PM tried his best, but even told us that "It's difficult to come in and try to fix something that wasn't done right in the first place." My thought was, 'I agree! So, why not take it all down & start over?' So, finally after 3 MONTHS of this, ARS comes to my wife & I and states, "Look,we're not gonna be able to make you happy." We settled what was left of our bill and they left the job unfinished. At this point, I am working with multiple subcontrators to finish the job. The sales guy, Jeff, and the second project manager, Fred, were the bright spots. Also, they did a good job on the floor of the bathroom as well.

I originally hired them to just paint my house, however i found out that they also remodel kitchens…read moreand baths. so three projects later, i am very happy with the work. they were on time and on budget!
