Set them out and had some rains and noticed the cushions inside were not drying out at all after a few weeks if sunshine. Contacted the store and they offered to come pick them up. Turned out their supplier had some vendor issues (during COVID) where the incorrect inserts were sent and used. They make everything all right and had cushions back to me in a week. I sent them an email immediately. I did not hear back from anyone so I started a chat the next day and was on hold with one of their representatives for approximately 40 minutes while he worked on my request. Eventually, he came back and said they would not honor the lower advertised price because I did not buy it when it was advertised. Despite being black Friday, they clearly did not want to sell the product at the price they advertised. Looks like a classic BAIT AND SWITCH. He then tried to sell me on other products. I would never deal with these people again. if this is how they treat you before you even buy the product, imagine if you have any difficulty with their products. Good luck!

I grew up very close to Amish country, in Northeastern Ohio, and my parents and grandparents both had interactions with the Amish. My parents had them do some woodwork in our house because they were known for their fine woodworking skills. We entered the store intending to just check it out but they had exactly what we needed and the prices were reasonable. Our sales person was very knowledgeable and she explained the pieces and how they could be customized according to our needs. She explained that each piece was custom made to order by a single craftsman and that each piece was individually made. It was definitely not your cookie cutter Asian imports carried by most furniture stores, even high end ones these days.

One big true value!…read more It is almost like they combined a true value with a flea market. I mean there is everything in here! Yard decor, lawn furniture, tools, nuts and bolts, grills, lights, pots, etc etc. The place is huge! In some instances the place is cramped and over loaded yet in others it has a charming eclectic feel. But watch your prices... I went to buy a Dewalt hammer from here but looked it up on line first and found that it was quite a bit more expensive then buying through Amazon... it was really quite a bit more. I would have bought it right there if it had been only slightly more... but it was more then slightly. I didn't buy it here. It is an interesting location... give yourself some time to walk around.. there is a lot to see and with its somewhat eclectic set up... you need to just be sure to take your time and really look to see all that is there.
