I have mixed feelings about this place. Buyer beware... do not put your faith in their website…read more They will present the illusion that they have inventory, but that's not the case. I strongly suggest you call them and ask if the items your viewing are indeed in stock. Be prepared for disappointment. Lastly, they are rude on the phone, notably a woman who typically picks up the phone. Not friendly by any stretch. The only reason I will buy is their prices. A lot of times they discount product compared to competitors.

So much so, that I had to park at a neighboring business. The event was free. There were grilling demonstrations and samples of items from various vendors including seasonings and sauces. The store itself was huge and had everything that a cook needs. Various brands they carry included Ruffoni, ZWillling, Yeti, Heston, Le Creuset etc. they had rows and rows of spices, seasoning and sauces. There were many grills to choose from as well. I had a great time at the event and I look forward to returning and purchasing items to add to my cookware collection.

I had an unusual failure of a newly purchased part to a patio heater that Ron, Kimberly, and Lee teamed up to work with the manufacturer to get resolved on my behalf. And it wasn't just one person - every single person on that staff like Sam and even the gentleman in shipping that helped retrieve a part was exceptional. It's service like this that will make my wife and me life-long customers.

WOW If you have a…read moreback yard and want to make it amazing with furniture, fire pits and all the fixings...this is the place for you! While it's unlikely that this is where I'd get my outdoor furniture, it isn't because of the lack of selection. If you've made it this far or read any of my other reviews, you've likely gathered that I'm pretty basic, so while the inventory here was beautiful, I'm the problem...it's me....I'm not bougie enough to pay $1k for an Adirondack chair or $5k for a fire pit. Again, if I had the funding, I'm going here - hands down some of the most beautiful furniture I have seen...just not for those of us that don't have a budget north of $10K for the backyard. Service wise, we got the nod and were told if we had any questions to let them know.

I sent them an email immediately. I did not hear back from anyone so I started a chat the next day and was on hold with one of their representatives for approximately 40 minutes while he worked on my request. Eventually, he came back and said they would not honor the lower advertised price because I did not buy it when it was advertised. Despite being black Friday, they clearly did not want to sell the product at the price they advertised. Looks like a classic BAIT AND SWITCH. He then tried to sell me on other products. I would never deal with these people again. if this is how they treat you before you even buy the product, imagine if you have any difficulty with their products. Good luck!

BUYERS BEWARE! Terrible customer service after their own employee damaged our car…read more We bought patio furniture here yesterday and were told to bring around our own vehicle for loading, delivery was never mentioned as an option. When the employee loaded the furniture, he shoved it in with zero care, gave no warning it wouldn't fit, and never offered padding or delivery. This tore our car's roof trim and left a visible hole (see photo). We called the moment we noticed and were told to come in the next day to "figure something out." Instead, we got the opposite of customer service. The owner was condescending, dismissive, and outright rude from the first minute. He told us the damage was OUR fault, flatly refused to discuss any way to make it right, and made snide, patronizing remarks questioning whether we even understood how insurance works, as if we were too dim to grasp our own claim. When we pointed out that no employee had ever mentioned delivery, he smugly said it "should have been obvious," as though we were supposed to read minds instead of being told. This wasn't an owner trying to find a fair solution and coming up short, this was someone who wasn't interested in a solution at all, and who used condescension as a strategy to make us feel too stupid or intimidated to push back. Zero acknowledgment. Zero apology. Zero attempt to de-escalate or even hear us out respectfully. Damage happens, I understand accidents. What's unacceptable is how a company treats you after their own staff causes that damage. If this is how the person running the business handles a legitimate problem, I'd think twice about trusting them with anything else. I would strongly advise shopping elsewhere.
