The waste included a uniform from The Rusty Cricket employee as well as the waste and debris of materials common to the work they do. They appear to be either complicit in, or tolerable of, their employees treating our county this way and dumping their waste in tucked away little spots like this. Someone saved a little time and a couple bucks that day by not having to go to a dump but thee cost is paid by the rest of us when thilese things happen. The trash also included documentation that confirm the address of the work performed but i will not post the entirety of that , out of respect for that customers privacy.

I asked at the customer service if they had any carts available and where they may be located. I was told "We have no idea and that I just have to look around for one." That is disgustingly bad service for a handicapped person, even more so for a handicapped Army Veteran. Then trying to find a normal everyday part that I know they carry, and asking an associate for help, she took my example part and went to customer service to locate the part. It was extremely busy, and the associate I spoke with told me I could pick it up on Monday after it was assembled. When Monday came and I hadn't received a call, I reached out to the store myself. That's when I was helped by Mellany at Customer Service, and I can't say enough about the outstanding service she provided. No one could locate the order because the associate from Friday had called out sick, but Mellany took ownership of the situation immediately. She arranged for someone to assemble a cabinet for me and kept me updated throughout the process. She also went above and beyond by helping me rent a cargo van so I could deliver the cabinet to my son-in-law. The associates in the rental department were just as helpful--especially Devian, who did an excellent job loading the cabinet and securing it safely in the van. Thank you to Mellany, Devian, and the entire team for turning a stressful situation into a great experience. Outstanding customer service!
