I been driving pass this little gem for the longest and never had a reason to stop. First! I always…read morehad someone to cut and trim my yard, but now sense i have taken on some other responsibilities that have consume a good portion of my finances. I feel that i had to make some changes, like cutting and trimming my own yard. Now! I bought several lawn tools last year from a estate sale. The edger i bought I probably used it about 4 times before it stop working. So i thought about this place, and when i tell you Carl and Kyle are the best. Carl is a soft spoken man....BUT!!! Don't let that fool you. Carl is a big muscular man. I don't know him personally, but they say the quiet ones you have to watch out for. He was nice and polite, he explained everything clearly of the things that was wrong with the edger. He also went over the proper way to start and putting the right kind and best oil for your yard tools. When Carl brought that edger out, it looked barnd spanking new. They did and excellent job. I will most definitely go back if anything else goes wrong with any of the rest of my lawn equipment. Also! They charge a $35.00 deposit that will be added toward your total cost if you choose to have them fix something. Again i hightly recommend this little gem

I've been doing business with this place for over 20 years, back when it actually meant something…read more Since the ownership change, this place has completely gone downhill. I was sold the wrong parts to service my own equipment -- that alone tells you everything about their attention to detail. I brought my machine back in to have them correct it, and at the same time asked them to address a hydraulic leak. Picked it up... still leaking. So what exactly did I pay for? It gets worse. They serviced my hedge trimmer and told me I had until Saturday to pick it up. I show up on Saturday -- and it's gone. Missing. No explanation, no accountability, no effort to resolve it. Just nothing. That's completely unacceptable. The bigger issue is the complete lack of professionalism and respect. After multiple bad experiences, I returned to drop my mower off again and voiced my concerns. Instead of trying to fix anything, I was told -- verbatim -- to "get your mower and get out," along with profanity. That's not customer service. That's a business that has completely lost control. Between wrong parts, incomplete repairs, missing equipment, and outright disrespect, this is NOT the same place it used to be. I wouldn't trust them with anything at this point. See you tomorrow lol you have no idea what I have in store for you guys - you cursed at the wrong person. In customer service and have to deal with complaints in the automotive business I don't tell them to get the car and get the f out and don't want their business I hear them and correct the issues especially if we messed up. I went to Turf Machine to have my lawn mower blade replaced. I already had the replacement blade so…read moreI only needed labor. The young lady who greeted me was very nice, and helped me get my lawn mower out of my car, which I didn't expect her to do. She had very nice nails, and if my nails looked that good, I wouldn't be touching someone's dirty mower, but she had no problem with it. I took a very short time to replace my blade so I didn't spend much time in the showroom. But what I was able to see I appreciated - spare parts and new equipment all neatly displayed. Once my mower was ready a young man helped me reload my mower into my trunk. Again, I didn't expect any help. That they did this means a lot because not a lot of places help out anymore. This place gets busy because when I was there, 2 people came in and as I was leaving, 2 more were coming. This was about 10:30am on a Saturday morning. Plan accordingly. I had a good experience and would definitely go back to Turf Machine for another service.

The items are returned due to dents but functionality it still work great. Van offered to deliver the refrigerator and a washer for us for a small fee using his pick up truck. We took the other 2 items with our mini-van. All 4 appliances worked great when we tested them at home. Good to know Van will take care of you within 30 days if there is any problem with the appliances. And some small fee for service call with a 3rd party for a year after that. But as long as they work within the first 30 days, you shouldn't have any problem. I highly recommend this store! Great price and great customer service.

Hunter and his team did a great job taking down my overgrown 40 foot tree that was next to my…read morehouse. He responded right away to my call. He came over within 30 minutes to give me an estimate, and drop the tree the next day. His quote was half of what the other companies quoted me. He had a four person team and took the tea tree down quickly and left no mess behind at all. He even shredded some large limbs. I took down myself the prior day from some other trees on my property. It was a very professional team and very friendly. His communications were excellent. I have another property that is going to need some tree work and I would not hesitate to use Hunter and Reasonable Tree Experts again. These guys are great!
