The response from this company was great and if they don't fix it I would only be charged 69.99 for service call. hence 3 stars. but they came it was someone very young and hardly spoke English only because he was from ukraine and wanted to charge me 600.00 for the part to replace the freezer mechanism when I told him I couldn't afford it the price kept getting lower and he would charge me 465.00. I told him no way could I still afford it. we agreed that he wou not do the job. bi started to look for freezer part online and found it for 80.00 on amazon. I ordered it and changed the part myself and it worked. I am just upset that it cost me 70.00 for a service call for them to want me to pay way more then triple the part for my freezer and it only took 30.00 minutes to change it. I advise anyone to look up part themselves before calling someone who wants to rip you off by charging a ridiculous price for part and installation. look up YouTube videos for installation. just be wary of price given.

We spent nearly $2k on a repair for Alex to repair our range, but the error returned 2 weeks later. What's most concerning is their complete refusal to stand by their work. They advertise a 90 day warranty, but in practice, it appears meaningless. When I reached out to have them honor it, nobody would respond to my email or answer the phone. I connected via text, but was given excuses, deflections, and ultimately denied any resolution. Requests for a refund of their labor costs were flatly refused. To make matters worse, I have since learned that this business is not properly licensed or registered. I should have done more research, but this is the reason I am now sharing my experience. I have retained all documentation related to this experience, including invoices, communications, and service records, which clearly outline the timeline and lack of follow-through. Potential customers should be aware of this company's pattern of delays, dishonesty, and unwillingness to take responsibility when things go wrong. Save yourself the stress and expense--there are far more reputable businesses out there that actually stand behind their work.

    My husband and I purchased a french door refrigerator here, three months ago…read more When we arrived in the store, they had a variety of appliances at great prices. The men who worked there, was oh so excited to help us. They smiled, was respectful, and even had great conversation....great salesmen. They do payment plans, which we didn't do, because we love paying all at once for everything (except when I shop on QVC or HSN. But, that's another story.) They also do delivery. Its not free, but you can bargain with them. The fridge arrived the next day. The men installed it and left a mess in my kitchen. I did not know that, until my husband was upset about the problems we started experiencing, with this appliance. Everything was working great, until a month and a half into having the fridge. We started hearing a bad rattling sound in the fridge. Then bonk bonk bonk....it stops working. The freezer worked, but the fridge did not. They have a warranty on their appliances, so we called them to let them know what happened. Mannnnn, we didn't see the maintenance man until a week later. I had to give my food to my pastor and first lady. I had just went shopping three days prior, for fresh produce. Now, the only thing I keep in the fridge is shelf stable items. Heck, I need to go check on them, just in case. When the maintenance man came, his name is Angel, he did a quick fix and said that he would be back as soon as he gets the part in. He said that it should be 3-4 days. Well well well. Fast forward two weeks. My husband calls a many of times, with no return phone call (after leaving message after message with the receptionist.) One day he calls, and the receptionist said that Angel just went on paternity leave, and he wont be back until that Monday. Ohhhhhhh, so all they have is one maintenance worker huh? Yup. So, two more weeks of calls, from my husband and no response, I told him to give me the number. Y'all, when I called up there, I went off, yall hear me? I went OFF! I told the receptionist that I was about to call my bank to get my refund, blah blah. I was heated, and still am. I haven't been able to use my fridge at all. The ice maker doesn't work, and the water isn't cold. The fridge isn't cold at all. Its not hot either, it's room temperature like, with a hint of coldness. Being that I have a 14 month old, I storing milk is not an option. I have to use a mini fridge to do that. I just got a phone call from my husband and he said that Angel will be here in 35 minutes, and that he has the part for the fridge on his truck. What? So, I had to act a fool, for something to be done, on a fridge, that we spent over $1000 on? Guess this shows that women get things accomplished, better than men (just joking,) but in all seriousness, this shouldn't have come to this. They have done ruined their clientele. I have so many military battle buddies, that want to know where we got the fridge. I tell them where I got it, and tell them to tell their family and friends, not to buy from them. Heck, my church family loves the fridge, and I was going to surprise them with one. I had one picked out and everything. Its sickening, that we had the fridge for 3 months and it has only worked for about a month and a half. I will do an update on what happened, once this refrigerator has been working. Its still gets 1 star, but imma update yall. Ok. I took a break while watching them work on the fridge. My husband came home from work because, I don't like being in a house with a man, thats not my husband. Nope, you wont get me caught up in no unnecessary mess. It took about an hour. Still, they were polite and respectful. He told my husband that its fixed. He said that if there is anymore problems, we can come back up there, and exchange the fridge with another one of equal price. We will see.

    I purchased a washer and dryer on 4/13/2024 for $900 dollars. The second week the washer would not…read morespin. It took a technician TWO times to fix the problem. After 20 days my dryer stopped heating up. Know it is under "warranty" two week later, two technicians later it is still not drying! When I called the store, I purchased it from they would not take it back, exchange or give a refund in fact they were very rude. Think about it $900 dollars wasted in this economy. It is a hardship on my family. And continues to be 7/3/2024 I am still cannot dry my clothes. Before you buy anything reach out to me and I will show you receipts!     CONS!!! I ended up settling on this place after visiting…read moreseveral used appliance store in Lawrenceville. If I didn't need a replacement refrigerator in such a rush. I would have driven out to other used appliance store further out. On 6-24-17, my boyfriend and I came here to purchase a refrigerator for my Great Aunt's 70 year old home, that's not up to code to handle a up to date appliance. My first thought coming is to tried to negotiate a deal on there "used" and some "roach infested" refrigerators. But! They wasn't having that. I mean my God the choices they had was very desirable. Like I said before roaches was crawling out of some" meaning if there are roaches living in them.... obviously the fridge isn't cold enough"! But anyway I chose one for $200. I got it home and 2 days later I notice I noticed water all over the floor. I called my boyfriend and he called the store back to let them know. The young lady stated that it would be a $65 charge for the technician to come out to the house. So! When he told me that... being a woman I immediately called them myself and told them that's going to work. After spending $200 on a fridge they got out of some apartments was happening. A few couple days later there was water O the I side as well and the fridge area wasn't getting cold enough. On 6-8-17 my boyfriend and nephew loaded the fridge on his truck and we hauled ass back to the store. Now! When dealing with these used place of course they don't want to give your money back. So! Here we go again switching out for another one. PROS!! The whole process and their customer service was good. They didn't give us any problems with exchanging the fridge, nor our complaints. Ms. Ester even sent me pictures of the refrigerators she had In stock that was comparible to the one I had already. The day we brought the other back Ms. Ester showed us more too choose from. So! I just hope I won't have to come back again. Geezzzhh!!!!

Took me all of 5 minutes to pick out a washer, then just another 5-10 minutes to check out. They could have delivered it the next day, but we didn't need it just yet - so they brought it out the following weekend. The delivery and installation fee seemed quite reasonable to me, and when they got to the house, they were in and out in 10 minutes, tops. And so far, so good! It works great! Granted, I feel more comfortable buying a used washer or dryer as opposed to some other appliances, because they really do seem to last forever. (My parents have had the same set for over 20 years, maybe even closer to 30.) If I have any experiences like the Orangehead review here, I'll come back and update. But so far, there have been no issues, and it was a super easy purchase.

In the past I've had company's come out to tell me they couldn't work on my appliance.. something they could have done remotely... and then charge me for the visit.     I'm rating a 2 only because I don't know what their actual work is like but I was slightly upset…read morewith Frost Fix when I had an emergency need to get a refrigerator fixed and I had called upon Frost Fix and another company. The original company I asked said they could not be there till Saturday (a day later) and if they wanted to get to the parts store that they would need to go to the parts store that day (Friday) to make sure they got the right parts. I then said I'm going to shop around and I'll call you back. I called Frost Fix at around 9am on Friday telling them I needed the refrigerator fixed, they asked me my address and number and then they gave me a time frame for THAT day Friday 4-6pm! I was relieved because that means I could get the refrigerator fixed same day! Well come 5pm I call Frost Fix and ask "Hey just checking on a time you would arrive?" And they stated that the location was way to far and they would not be coming out there. So at that point I had wasted the whole day and I could no longer call the other company to come Saturday since they were booked up at that point. I guess my point is, if you say you will be at a place please be there. When a customer shops around they are looking at a few things, timing, price, and quality of work. When you say you will be at a place you need to really make sure you can make it. Because there are other companies in the area that a person can call and if you state to a customer you will be there, they expect you to do so. Please just be more vigilant about that in the future. I cannot comment on the craftsmanship or quality of this companies work though.
