We have used Dimitri twice and both times his fix has worked for less than we anticipated. They are honest and timely. Highly recommend!

Quick response time, good communication, honest, prompt, professional and friendly. Would use them again.

Dmitry is the consummate professional. Responsive and effective every time I've called for his service.

Gene gave us a thorough evaluation and honest recommendations, which this time happened to not make them much money at all. That will have me calling them again for repairs that will (always) be coming down the pipe. read more

These guys were great. Prompt and friendly. Went the extra mile to fix my dishwasher

I don't usually say this about getting an appliance repaired, but this was a great experience! Dmitry, the owner, responded quickly after I contacted him about getting my dishwasher repaired. After asking a few questions, he arranged an appointment for the same day with Gene. Gene arrived on time, and he was so nice and so knowledgeable. He quickly assessed what the problem was, and got to work, explaining the issue to us while he worked. He worked quickly and efficiently, and the bill was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this business, and I thank Gene for doing such a great job! read more

Wonderful family owned business! Had a problem with LG refrigerator. Quick response time, honest and show up on time! HIGHLY recommended!

Our washing machine stopped working and I got to researching. After reading through all of the reviews for this business, it was the negative reviews that sold me and I'll tell you why: Dmitry DOES NOT PLAY WHEN IT COMES TO HIS BUSINESS. Any business owner who will go toe-to-toe with a customer on a public platform, defending their work by stating the facts, will always get business from me. Tony came out to service our machine. Though we decided to forego repairs, my husband and I were impressed by the coaching we received. Tony taught us so much about the machine we had, and was also extremely professional. The communication couldn't have been better on-site or on the phone. Not that we want to be in the market for appliance repairs, but when we are - these are our guys. read more

yes and I would recommend their services, Tony was very thorough. Explained everything to me and took pictures so I could see and understand what needed to be done Appliance Repair Quality has a five star rating with me. read more

I would be very hesitant to use this company. Dimitry, the person who talked with me through Yelp, seems like he may be a scammer. I contacted them about repairing a Whirlpool fridge and was initially told they had plenty of availability the day I reached out. I then asked if there was a guarantee that came with any of the work they do. As soon as I asked about a guarantee on their work, Dimitry immediately said they no longer had any availability and that I should find some other company. He even went as far as implying that I didn't have any reading comprehension, can you imagine that? Insulting a customer who is just trying to see if they guarantee their work. No thanks. You should pass on this business for sure. P.S. I included pictures of my conversation with Dimitry. read more

I've called on Dmitry twice for repair issues with our washer and dryer on two separate occasions. I got a quick response both times. Dmitry came out the first time and one of his associates came out the second. The heat sensor in my LG dryer was replaced and has been working efficiently as is my washer. I hate spending money to repair 8 year old appliances, but it beats buying new ones in this market. In conclusion, I highly recommend this company and the guys are really nice. read more

A leak in my fridge prompted me to search for repair services via Yelp. Yelp was great at helping me get quotes back from multiple providers. I settle on ARQ due to its rating on Yelp, a lower service call charge and its repair warantee. ARQ was very reponsive on yelp. In a matter of a few hours, I confirmed an appointment with ARQ , all on-line and via Yelp. Tony came out on schedule and quickly diagnosed the issue and root cause for the leak. He was honest to inform me that this is not a broken appliance, but rather a routine maintenance that I can do on my own to fix the leak. He proceeded to tell me how to perform the maintenance. He also offered to come back if it did not work, or if I find it too difficult. I performed the maintenance myself and the problem was solved. There was a service call charge, but because I did the work myself, it saved me $100+. I hope none of my appliances break down ever, but if they do, I'll be asking for Tony from ARQ again. read more

Was not able to repair or replace. Does not purchase and install appliances. Waste of 65 bucks. I am not lying, the namecalling comment is inappropriate. The technician that came to my house could not fix the stove. He did not provide that option or that price. read more

I have a Thermador gas range my oven I thought was preheating, however, it never got hot. I live in Suwanee and found Dmitry. I called around 3ish pm. His phone responded with if you need service text me & he asks questions, model # etc. I did as suggested and he responsed via text within a few minutes -he magically appeared with 2 hrs with the parts necessary and my oven was & hot again. Called at 3 repaired by 5. I couldn't ask for better service. He's process is simple, smart and he's honest and wise about brands and service. Would use him again without a doubt. read more

Our washing machine was leaking so we needed to figure out if it could be repaired or if it had to be replaced. I requested quotes for repairs via Yelp, and received a few responses. Dmitry was responsive and willing to help us quickly. Within a couple of days, Leon came to check out the situation. He went straight to work and was able to diagnose the issue. A part was ordered and as soon as it came in, Leon was back to fix the issue. The part itself was missing a piece (it was a bolt or something), and I think Leon felt worse about that than we did. He came back later that same evening as he was able to find the missing piece. Here's what stood out for us: 1. All of our interactions with Dmitry and Leon were professional, friendly, and direct (no upselling or over-commitments) 2. Leon wore shoe covers and a mask (this is back in February this year), and we all socially distanced as we discussed the issue with the washer 3. Leon cleaned up after himself and left our laundry room tidy, which we appreciated We'd have no problem requesting services from them again or recommending them to others. read more

ARQ was quick to respond to an emergency as our refrigerator was warming up fast. They were able to get a tech out after normal business hours on a Friday to diagnose and repair our unit the same day I called. Overall very satisfied with the quality of service. read more

I don't do a lot of reviews here but this experience was worthy of more effort than I'm putting in. Truthfully, I should write some elaborate post. Simply put, Dmitry responded to my home to repair a light in one of my double ovens after others had tried only to tell me that I needed to replace the entire oven. The bulb was cracked inside of the light housing and the electronic board it was attached to, was damaged. Dmitry somehow wired the top and bottom oven lighting system to allow the use of top oven light switch to control both the top and bottom lights at the same time. After paying him, I still saved several hundreds of dollars. This is an honest repair person that seems to care. Totally recommend Appliance Repair Company. read more

Contacted at 10:30pm on Friday night. Booked 9-11am repair in the morning within 15 mins. Repair tech called me at 10 am next morning and arrived in 10 mins. Great advise and great service! He took dryer apart and my drum is cracked and I can get a new one for about the price of a new dryer. He put it all back together and it still works great just makes a noise like the drum is out of balance. Next time I won't buy a Samsung! Thanks for great service and advice! We used Dmitry when our Whirlpool oven died on us about 3 weeks before Thanksgiving. We were hosting this year and the thought of having to buy a new oven was not an expense we wanted to pay. We found Dmitry online and thank God we chose him. He was able to come out quickly and diagnose the problem and give us all the options available. He wasn't pushy very knowledgeable and pleasant. Hooray there was part that could fix it. It's been 2 years and the oven is still going strong. I should have written this review 2 years ago. Thanks Dmitry for being very professional and knowing your business. Tom and Euthressa read more

Excellent. Contacted them on Easter Sunday due to our fridge not working properly. They got me scheduled for the next day. Repair man came out, explained to us what he'd be looking for. Confirmed his suspicions and gave us our options. Very kind, efficient and sincere. read more

I called Dmitry on Friday afternoon because our wall oven stopped working after a self clean. He said he could come over later that afternoon or on Saturday. Not being an emergency, he came over on Saturday as scheduled. He diagnosed the problem (a blown thermostat) immediately and gave us a fair repair price. He immediately went to work. Unfortunately the electrical connection prevented the wall oven from being removed from the wall easily. Dmitry worked tirelessly to disconnect the power cable, move the oven and then repair the oven within minutes. I usually do simple repairs myself by this one would have stumped me. I highly recommend Dmitry and Appliance Repair Quality! read more

As a fairly technical person I rarely call for help but my dryer was deader than a dooornail and I decided to finally call in a pro. What a good decision. They were flexible with me about timing of their visit and Tim came the same day. He spent quite a bit of time figuring out what was wrong and gave me the option to have him repair it or not. We decided to not repair the dryer but he was fair in his pricing and very friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend them when anyone asks for a trustworthy & reliable appliance repair company. read more

Stay away from this company, they will not give you a guarantee for their work unless they change parts.

ARQ replaced a built-in microwave oven for us. Dimetri at their office was very good in responding to our request for a quote and questions. Their installer, Yuriy, was just excellent and even gave us info we needed to find another one that would fit the specific built-in space. We would certainly call on them again for another appliance repair need. read more

A+ workmanship and pride. I had a dryer belt issue. Dmitry showed up promptly, texting the night before to confirm and calling that day as he was finishing the prior service call. He disassembled the dryer, explained the issue, meticulously cleaned dryer lint from inside the machine (which he explained had contributed to the issue). He then reassembled everything and confirmed it ran. Everything sounded great to me, but he picked up on a slight noise. He then disassembled everything, cleaned and re-lubricated the area of concern (bearings?) and then reassembled. All for a fair price. It's amazing to find a craftsman who takes pride in their work. Great personality. Would highly recommend. read more

Dmitry was very responsive and professional. We had some problems with our door on our fridge (and our ice maker). He was able to quickly assess the problem (which is important when your fridge door isn't closing properly) and repaired quickly. He is a great communicator, too. Thank you Dmitry! read more

Technician was friendly, but that's about it. Significant language barrier for starters. Communication was a challenge. Second, the company clearly didn't send their "ace". He seemed somewhat inexperienced in diagnosing the issues we were having with our washer. It felt more like a brain storming session and we never were confident that he knew what he was talking about. He kept having to call his "boss". I could go on, but I won't. It was frustrating and a complete waste of our time and $45. Washer was never fixed. read more
