I sent in a request on yelp and they were at my house to fix my washer in less than 2 hours!! It was a $60 service charge that was applied to the repair. Andrei arrived so quickly and was so nice and friendly! He quickly found the problem, ran out to get the new door latch, and was back within an hour. Altogether I had it fixed in less than 3 hours from the time I called! My washer is running so smooth again, and the technician even taped up the lid on the washer because it was not bolted on appropriately (something I didn't even ask him to do)! Very happy with Caesar Appliance Repair. I purchased a new gas cooktop, without knowing it was slightly larger than the cutout in my granite countertop, and sat deeper than the old whirlpool unit. This meant the granite needed to be cut, and oven lowered about an inch. I was very impressed with Andrei and Alex. They responded very quickly with a quote and did the installation next day. These two are very professional. This wasn't an easy job with the needed modifications, but they have can-do attitudes and knocked it out. Andrei the owner did the site visit for us and was able to repair our fridge same day. The part was available at the appliance parts store local to our city. They are a small business, but knew his stuff with a newer model, Kitchenaid fridge. I would definitely use them again moving forward. He was able to test all the parts to confirm what was working and not working on the unit. The hard part was that the control panel ended up being fried from a power surgeso it required testing everything up to the control unit. read more

Andrei, the face behind Caesar Appliance Repair, is an outstanding service technician. My refrigerator would not turn on the light and my water dispenser was leaking near the filter inside the fridge. Andrei checked a few things within and then discovered the fridge setting was for Vacation. Duh! Next he spent quite some time to discover the source of the leak. A spare part was needed, so he showed up two days later with the part. Unfortunately, that did not solve the problem and he was chagrined and apologetic. Again he showed up the next day with a different part and this time the leak was resolved. Due to the delays in fixing he gave me a 10% discount for the total cost which, in my opinion, was very, very reasonable to begin with. When working, he is focused, not distracted with his phone, efficiently reaches for the right tool, carefully removes food items from the fridge where necessary, keeps everything clean. Scheduled appointment Friday afternoon for Saturday. Technician arrived and spent 20 min trying to take the top off the machine. Finally was able to do so and told me that the problem was the latch. Quoted $250 for repair but unable to obtain the part until Monday. After he left, I was able to close the machine and the top locked, and ran thru the cycle to point of drain but it would not go into the drain cycle. I called the technician back 45 min after he left and advised him that it wasn't the latch. He was going to think about what else it might be and call me back in an hour. (He never did.) For this I paid $60!!! I called the store where I bought the machine and they sent out their technician who arrived at my house 10 minutes later. He took the top off (quickly !) and did not see anything wrong in side. On examining the back he discovered that a wire was disconnected from the pump and didn't allow the machine to drain. He replaced the plug, splicing the wire. He ran a short cycle to make sure it cycled all the way thru and was gone in less than 45 minutes from arrival. His price for service call and repair was $70, and my machine has worked perfectly since! I reached out to the owner but communication with him was very unsatisfactory. I never heard back from Alex until Monday when he realized he had left tools in my house. I should have charged him $70 for the return of his tool kit!!! read more

Caesar Appliance was able to send a technician the next day after I called. Alex was kind and professional. He diagnosed my fridge as having a freon leak, which would be as expensive as a new fridge to repair. He offered to look into makes/models that are seeming reliable and text me the information. He didn't text me those details, but he did text that he had done research on my fridge's issue and that it should be covered under a warranty that I hadn't expected. Talk about above and beyond customer service! I had the manufacturers certified technician come have a look and they agreed it was a freon leak, and therefore, covered under warranty.
