Horrible service, they do not return calls here to give updates. Had a mower here where we paid a rush fee to have it done sooner but it ended up being there for nearly a month, no updates and no calls returned, my husband had to go in person a few times to get updates on it, in which no one had even looked at it. It had sat for so long that the carburetor got messed up. Now there's another issue needing to be fixed with it, just a waste of time and money overall. I took my weedeater ti this repair shop, not knowing it had change ownership from Alif to Mowers Plus. I had to bring it back to them two times to correct the problem. Today I have a weedeater that doesn't work. They diagnosed the issue three times wrong. I wish these brothers much success in the future but, you need to do your customers a lot better. My husband's pressure washer was not working. He was thinking about getting a new one. He took it to Mowers Plus for an evaluation. He received a call from Mowers Plus, that it could be repaired and that it still had a lot of life in it. Less than two weeks later, he received a call that it had been repaired. The price to repair was much less than getting a new pressure washer. When we picked it up, we were given a warranty on the work and tips on keeping the equipment functioning and storing for a longer life. I took my Honda, self-propelled, mower in for a tuneup/preventive maintenance. Dropped it off on 3/20/25. The company texted on the 22nd, apprising that service was completed. I picked up the mower on the 25th and mowed my lawn a couple days later. The mower cuts evenly and works very well. The mowing belt on my riding lawn mower had broken. The mobile repair company that I have used for years was booked three weeks out. I googled "mobile lawn mower repair," and called this number. The lady who answered the phone could not have been nicer; and she was very helpful. I was able to get an appointment in two days after my call. And, that was wonderful, because, this time of year, the mobile lawn mower repair businesses are extremely busy. The owner, Tharius, and his son, Tharius, Jr. (TJ) arrived at the appointed time. They were very friendly, and professional. Tharius, Sr., the owner, has over two decades of experience, and is teaching his son the trade. I watched as they worked on my mower, and they seemed very confident, and skilled. They were very thorough, and checked out the lawn mower beyond the reason for my call. They found the reason that the belt had broken, and repaired that (I had replaced the belt twice in two years, which is not "normal.") I was extremely pleased with their work; and, the reasonable bill. I highly recommend Mowers Plus. I will definitely be using their services in the future. read more

Individuals representing company were late for appointment. They did not call ahead to let me know they were on the way. I really didn't expect them to show for appointment . When I refused their service because they were late they insisted I give them a $50 Trip fee. read more

My mower needed a belt and had a carburetor issue. The gentleman who came out to fix it was friendly, explained the problem and what he did to resolve it. They called and asked could they arrived an hour early. He rebuilt the carburetor on my riding mower and did a complete service, including fixing several things that annoyed me. I have a John Deere Lawn Tractor that I can't load in the back of my SUV and take it to a service center. They also repair push mowers which are difficult to load into most vehicles as well (unless you have a pickup truck). Mowers Plus LLC is an on-site lawn mower and yard equipment repair business. They drive to your house and repair your lawn and garden equipment on the spot. They are incredibly nice, courteous and do a fantastic job. I've been using them for four or five years and recommend them to everyone I know. There pricing is comparable to repair shops. read more

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. This company is a major rip off. The owner came to our home to fix the riding mower and when my husband attempted to cut the grass, the belt fell off. We then attempted to contact them about the issue, the secretary was already on defense mode without hearing the full issue first hand. A few days later, the owner came back out to look at the issue, instead of admitting that that he incorrectly put the belt on wrong the first time, he proceed to make it seem like a even bigger problem and charged more money. I read and shared the negative review below with the Office Manager on my initial call to the company to have my mower repaired. Immediately in our conversation, I could tell by her accent she's a New Yorker. In my opinion NY'ers are not rude but very direct. And without much Southern charm folks around here might be use to. But it's just business so I continued onward to discuss the service and price. I was very apprehensive given the negative review below. But figure having a push mower might be less complicated than the riding mower situation. Mr. Dowell arrived in a most professional service van, fully equipped with a permanent company logo and art (yeah I had imagined a old guy with a station wagon). The Technician was a personable polite young man and immediately began work on my mower in an expert technical manner. I dont understand why all the negative fuss. I am sorry the person below had a negative experience. That WAS NOT my experience AT ALL. I support small businesses, and one is a GREAT find.
