Today I have a weedeater that doesn't work. They diagnosed the issue three times wrong. I wish these brothers much success in the future but, you need to do your customers a lot better. He received a call from Mowers Plus, that it could be repaired and that it still had a lot of life in it. Less than two weeks later, he received a call that it had been repaired. The price to repair was much less than getting a new pressure washer. When we picked it up, we were given a warranty on the work and tips on keeping the equipment functioning and storing for a longer life. Also, we toured the business and it was nice, clean, and had very knowledgeable technicians.

After keeping my mowers for three weeks and charging me around $700, nothing works after using them three times. They charged for all kinds of unnecessary work like blades, belts, and oil, which were not needed. The one-month warranty expired after only one or two uses. The very next day after picking up my Honda mower, the self-propelling feature stopped working. Mike told me they couldn't fix it and that I would have to take it to a Honda dealership. I'm out $700, and I will not be going back to these people. Do not use them; they are crooks.

I spoke with this company regarding replacement for a catalytic converter and was advised to see…read morefor certain that it was the problem, went ahead and scheduled the appointment for 10 am on the day of service he never called and I had to be at work for 2pm so I left the vehicle with my son. This guy did everything but the catalytic converter and was charged 400.00 in an hour time my engine light was back on, call him back to look at and scheduled for him to return on Monday at 11am, checked with him an hour before and he stated his wife had a doctor appointment and will come as soon as she's done, 3 hours later I hadn't heard from him so I text to get an update on his e.t.a, no response. I wished I would have read these reviews before going forward. Hope I can save the next person, please do not use this company. After I went for a second opinion and learned that my catalytic converter needed to be replaced, so not only did he did not do the job he was hired to do but stated he changed the sparks plugs and didn't let me know what work he was doing. Im taking the company to small claims court. I hope this helps the next person
