I called on Friday and they seemed upset and said they would call me when done. I just went to fill my camper up with there propane as I have several times in the past. There machine couldn't count so I said I would pay for the whole capacity of my camper which is 96 pounds then instead of the usual sub 1.00 per pound price propane goes for they tried to charge me 5.99 a pound to fill it up. I took a picture of the item in the shelf and the price it was showing and I was told by the manager I could pay the price that it should have been displayed with. I told the manager he could correct the shelf tag but he should sell me one at the price that it was displayed with. He refused to honor the displayed price. This store definitely should be avoided and manager should be retrained. This store is customer no service.

I visited Home Depot on Black Friday to purchase a workbench cabinet for my son-in-law for…read moreChristmas. It was extremely busy, and the associate I spoke with told me I could pick it up on Monday after it was assembled. When Monday came and I hadn't received a call, I reached out to the store myself. That's when I was helped by Mellany at Customer Service, and I can't say enough about the outstanding service she provided. No one could locate the order because the associate from Friday had called out sick, but Mellany took ownership of the situation immediately. She arranged for someone to assemble a cabinet for me and kept me updated throughout the process. She also went above and beyond by helping me rent a cargo van so I could deliver the cabinet to my son-in-law. The associates in the rental department were just as helpful--especially Devian, who did an excellent job loading the cabinet and securing it safely in the van. Thank you to Mellany, Devian, and the entire team for turning a stressful situation into a great experience. Outstanding customer service!
