This location however has been very helpful as we tried to decide on products to fix our home from our flood. The people in the carpet area were especially helpful and allowed us to make decisions and get things back to normal. However why would there be no one in this area after 5 on a Saturday?!? That was disappointing! However generally everything at this location has gone very well for us.

This is what I wrote to Ryobi concerning the issue I had with this mower. All I got was "Sorry" and if you have any more problems, let us know-not even an offer of 5 bucks for fixing the thing myself... I had to retire my old Ryobi mower due to the drive gears for the self-propel starting to grind and slip, upsetting because this mower was only a little less than 5 years old. It was still under warranty, but your support directed me to 2 warranty repair shops that were no less that 50 miles away from home. I was going to fix it myself but, as per this website, the parts weren't available. Great! So, I decided to buy a new Ryobi through Home Depot. The delivery time was great but, after unpacking my new lawn mower and assembling what needed to be assembled, I started the mower, moved it a few feet, and it shut off. I started it again, moved a few feet, and it shut off again. ????? I ran it in the yard for about a minute, and it shut off at least 7-8 times. Once again...GREAT! I immediately got online to Ryobi Support, only to get a virtual assistant that worked horribly and didn't even understand what I wanted, it finally recommended that I take it to a warranty repair shop...in Vero Beach, FL, OVER 96 MILES AWAY! I said "Screw this!" (actual words...well, close), so I went back to the garage and fixed the issue myself. After diagnosis, I fixed the very badly designed issue and now it works fine. Come to find out, after researching, the cutting off issue has been a common complaint for at least several years now, yet the issue is still there. C'mon, Ryobi! Your quality has dropped and I'm afraid of what's going to break on this thing next. The issue I already fixed was an awful design and God knows how long it'll last. Disappointed!

Horrible experience... Purchased 3 doors with installation…read morein April from Home Depot (RF Installations installer). Install company, RF Installations, damaged doors on 1st install attempt, left the site without arranging to reinstall, didn't contact me to reschedule. I had to get HD project expediter involved to reschedule. 2nd install attempt - install company cancelled the same day as install scheduled. 3rd install attempt, doors and trim were damaged and the work crew ran over a can of great stuff spray foam which exploded and covered my driveway and landscaping with spray foam. Crew tried to use water to clean it which, of course, didn't work. They left without talking to me about it. Cured spray foam is now bonded to my driveway and is a huge mess. I have been dealing with this project since April. The issues were expedited to the Home Depot Project Support Team where I was getting good support from their expediter. I emailed him this evening about the latest fiasco and found out the entire Project Support dept no longer exists. Home Depot says call the local office. I know how that will go. No one in charge, and no one willing to take responsibility for making the contractor fix their mess. If anyone at Home Depot is reading this and would like to discuss, please respond. Home Depot is my go-to supply store. But they ruin their reputation by having third rate, mediocre contractors do the work.
