This store was easy for me so not going to advise on customer orders, bad shipments since I don't do heavy work other than summer plants and soil... Most often I don't need someone to help, but when I do, there is someone available on an aisle nearby. Getting in and out is a bear but deal with it. Very crowded during summer.

It was extremely busy, and the associate I spoke with told me I could pick it up on Monday after it was assembled. When Monday came and I hadn't received a call, I reached out to the store myself. That's when I was helped by Mellany at Customer Service, and I can't say enough about the outstanding service she provided. No one could locate the order because the associate from Friday had called out sick, but Mellany took ownership of the situation immediately. She arranged for someone to assemble a cabinet for me and kept me updated throughout the process. She also went above and beyond by helping me rent a cargo van so I could deliver the cabinet to my son-in-law. The associates in the rental department were just as helpful--especially Devian, who did an excellent job loading the cabinet and securing it safely in the van. Thank you to Mellany, Devian, and the entire team for turning a stressful situation into a great experience. Outstanding customer service!

Upon entering the store I noticed that they only had one handicapped cart and it had an out of order sign on it. I asked at the customer service if they had any carts available and where they may be located. I was told "We have no idea and that I just have to look around for one." That is disgustingly bad service for a handicapped person, even more so for a handicapped Army Veteran. Then trying to find a normal everyday part that I know they carry, and asking an associate for help, she took my example part and went to customer service to locate the part. By the time she got back I had located the part myself. The associates at this store (in Cumming, Georgia) are not very helpful nor are they knowledgeable. I may start going to Home Depot.

I just went to fill my camper up with there propane as I have several times in the past. There machine couldn't count so I said I would pay for the whole capacity of my camper which is 96 pounds then instead of the usual sub 1.00 per pound price propane goes for they tried to charge me 5.99 a pound to fill it up.
