I appreciate stores trying to offer a one-stop shopping experience but sometimes they simply muddy the waters. Here, you will find tubs, showers, kitchen appliances, lighting and faucets. I decided to visit this store in an effort to locate a tub filler for a Roman style tub. It needed to have a higher flow rate than standard fillers found locally. I was really expecting a generous line of faucets but found that their inventory was actually very limited. The one faucet that we liked did not come in our desired finish and that was disappointing. I like a simple, clean aesthetic and place function ahead of design. I found much of their selection was a bit fussy for my taste. If you also happen to be looking for lighting options, this store has a great selection of various types of lights for the kitchen and bath and the prices were approachable. This is a nice store for getting inspiration and browsing. I expect it's the same with all the high dollar equipment including BGE. I purchased a Stihl RB400 pressure washer in the morning to strip paint off my house, as my old pressure washer wasn't up to the task. I used it for about 20 minutes before all 4 anti vibration mounts sheared off the chassis and the engine and pump fell to the ground. After looking at it, it looks like the mounts were severely over-torqued by Ace during assembly. It was a little frustrating to have that happen to a brand new $850 piece of equipment that's supposed to be top of the line, but whatever, things happen and Stihl has a great warranty right? So I called the store to make a warranty claim, and I was informed they do not have any repair staff on site and would have to ship it to a repair facility. I've owned a lot of Stihl equipment, I've never had an issue with a warranty claim until now. They gave me an estimate of 2 weeks to repair, but since I have a halfway unpainted house now, I told them I just wanted to return it. On the phone they told me no problem and to bring it in. I loaded it up and took it in. When I got there they told me they can't take Stihl returns and I'd have to send it in for repairs. I run all Stihl equipment at my house, and I own a business that runs Stihl equipment in all our crew trucks. I've made plenty of returns and had plenty of warranty claims at other Stihl dealers without ever having a problem. This Ace is either unwilling to help or unable to help, both cases are simply unacceptable. If you'll be purchasing major equipment, purchase somewhere that can stand behind it and make you whole. That's kind of the whole point of paying a premium for Stihl.

They also have so many fun crafts for littles which makes this location even more convenient for me whenever I need some last minute entertainment or hands-on fun for my daughter as it is just around the corner. It's a large store, and you can definitely find yourself spending an hour or more in here just combing through the aisles (or maybe that's just me). The only thing preventing this from being 5-stars is that the store was understaffed. When I arrived, there was only one poor employee there trying to help about 5 of us in line. When another employee came in early, the working employee expressed his thanks that he had come in early so he could help him. The second employee, realizing he was a few hours ahead of his shift time, just went into the back to hide from the line of customers instead of help. The employee working actually had to call him up to help, to which he initially responded that "he wasn't supposed to be there then." While I get that from the employee who arrived early's perspective, at this point you're already there and customers have seen you, so why not just clock in and help the large line that had formed (at no fault of the employee working)?
