Had a spectacular experience here yesterday with Eric looking at LVP! My husband and I are ready to bite the bullet and replace our floors, especially since our little one is moving all over the place and needs a smooth, flat service. This location is close by and we figured the best place to go to find the most bang for our buck. The store is very large and can be a little overwhelming and intimidating at first glance, but there were friendly staff members there to greet us right at the entrance and helped point us in the right direction towards the back left for the LVP. Eric was beyond helpful from the moment we walked over and had an answer for all of our questions. They have a ton of options depending on your price range and what finish you are looking for, and I was pleasantly surprised with the variety. We had an idea of what we were looking for but were quickly humbled by some of the pricing and after doing some math based on our square footage, we found some great second picks and mid-grade options. Eric was even kind coming to pull some out for us and showed us exactly how they snap together for easy install as my husband plans to tackle that himself. Wish us luck! read more

This is the absolute best store for customer service! Jennifer met me with a big smile at the front door and ask if I needed help finding anything. I knew what I wanted and headed to the back of the store. I was picking up some Penny tile and some large 24"x48" tile. Karen walked up and asked if I could use a push cart. She was a great help, and funny! I also noticed as we walked through the store that if she saw anything out of place she corrected it. We got back to the front and Jennifer reminded me that I needed grout! Thanks for that! I don't know who does your customer service training but they do a great job! I've been in that store 4 times in the last month. Every employee has been just so nice, helpful and accommodating. read more

The store and web site have a great range of tiles. We like it and use it on a few occasions. However, when ordering via Wilmington, they decided to ship to us via a semi truck which cannot come into our long driveway. Curbside delivery sucks and this location does it. I will NOT order online again with these store. read more

I am so happy to be the very first review for this amazing location. It is brand new and has a soft opening until May 5th, which is the grand opening. I called before coming to the store to confirm they were open and spoke with Cosette, who was so helpful in going over materials. I was fit in for the same day and was met as soon as I arrived. I was a little scatter-brained on everything I needed because I am doing an entire house, but appreciated all of the patience as I really went up and down every aisle. I came in needing 2 shower benches and just a little extra tile and Cosette got the entire order ready for me before I arrived, so it was ready for purchase. The Design Manager, Audrey, was so helpful, too, I left buying $5K of tile with her design help! By the time I was done with my order, I felt like I had so much staff help with my order, from pulling smaller things I needed to ringing me up, and loading up my car. A big THANK YOU to Audrey, Cosette, Emily, Chris, and Jamie. I truly couldn't believe this was a soft opening because their team was just so cohesive and the communication was great. I absolutely loved this store and will be sad once all of my materials are purchased because the TEAM here is so amazing. Truly, whoever got the team ready here, great job because they were all pros and I am so thankful they were able to help--above and beyond my expectations. The Cumming location has dramatically improved its service level. I've been in there multiple times in the past month, and they have a greeter at the front to help direct you or find someone to assist you. Returns are easy as well. read more

Beautiful new store in the Cumming area, and much more convenient than driving to their Buford location. They tout being a store with showroom quality at warehouse prices. I really haven't been enough places to know how their prices compare to their competitors, but I was definitely impressed with their selection. The woman who helped me there was so sweet and informative. She was patient, and really seemed to like what she does. I love that they have such a wide selection of things here, from hardwoods to engineered hardwoods to LVP to tiles that look like hardwood. It can be a bit overwhelming to try to figure it all out. If you want to take a sample home, you can for $5. Oh, and they don't just make flooring. You can do your bath or your kitchen or just decorate a wall anywhere. I found a really pretty design I want to change out my kitchen backsplash with. I mean...so many choices, and you end up wanting to revamp your whole house if you stay in here long enough. They have design people that can help you choose, and also staff that will come to your house and give you a quote for installation as well. I really liked the staff here, because they were so helpful and friendly. The store is super clean and organized, and they offer a great selection of decor. I am so glad to have found this place, and let my contractor know about it. If you are in the area, definitely check them out. read more

Worst experience EVER! We went into the store this past month and picked out the flooring and asked the Sales Associate if it was all in stock for our square feet. She said yes and we paid for it and our contractor was going to pick up the store told him that they would call me bc they didn't have it all I'm stock. Huge nightmare bc it delayed our project and had to wait tp call the store to find out where I can get the rest of what I had paid for. I went back to the store get a return on some unopened product that I did not use and found the whole process of getting a refund almost as aggravating and uninspiring as my initial opinion of trying to buy products in the store. I will never ever ever ever go back to the store and I would suggest if you, like good customer service, don't go there in the first place. Period. There are several other places to buy products they sell. I suggest you go other places. read more

We found an item at the Roswell store that had no samples for us to purchase, check color, etc. Upon advice of salesperson, told to call Cumming store as all local inventory is held there. Cumming salesperson was unwilling to determine how we can pay for & obtain a sample. Apparently F&D has plenty of business without ours, does not want new business, & sorely needs new sales personnel who are responsive to customer needs. read more

Worst pro service ever. Charged me for any duplicate sample and any over the gen pop after 5. This is not common practice for floor & decor. As a registered designer who works for builders, I have never been charged for any samples when checking out at the pro desk. This Time I owed $28 and they asked me to return them as well!! Trust me ...if I hadn't spent an hour shopping for 6 different projects I would have given it all to them and went to the kennesaw or the Roswell store. The girl at the counter wouldn't even help me reload all of the samples back in my cart!!! I will never be back to this location again! Not worth it! read more

This company is a total disaster. After paying $247.00 delivery charge for a $5476.00 purchase 4 days later only part of the items we bought were delivered with no call or notification about the rest of them. Then we spent about 2.5 hours on the phone in order to find somebody to ask about what happened to the rest of the items we bought. The second delivery was also a mess with again only part of the items delivering dirty, damaged, without and in torn up boxes. Once again we spent another hours asking about other items we bought. At the end we had to go to the store to pick up the rest of them ourselves. read more

I went to this store and brought @$2,500 in vinyl plank flooring and another $1,000 in bathroom tile. I was told the vinyl plank was better than hardwood flooring because it was scratch resistance and would hold up to dogs, kids and heavy traffic better than hardwoods. Had flooring installed professionally and it scratched within a couple of days. Manger Chris told me to contact customer care. I did and they said the flooring was not scratch proof and that there was nothing they could do and that I had to return to the store to have them correct the issue. Went back to store and was told customer care would have to resolve the issue as this shouldn't happen. No one wants to own up to the lies that I was told or try to help fix the issue. I was only told by the warranty department that normal wear and tear is not covered and all they could do is offer $100 to buy a repair kit. I don't want to have to constantly repair a new floor. Glad I found out about there customer service and honesty before spend thousands more with them while doing my home remodel. Apparently I'm not the only one with this issue. After further research there are others experiencing the same with this misleading flooring. First and last time customer. Update Floor and Decor got back in touch with me and left this e-mail. So be careful what you buy from them the warranty is not reliable at all from just a concerned customer and disabled veteran. Hi Jimmy, Thank you for your patience.
