It's pretty sad that you walk into a store. You wanna grab a shopping cart because that's the "Norm" and you see trash from another customer. I'm not saying have an attendant in the vestibule helping customers with shopping carts all I'm saying is when you have some free time grab a glove put it on and throw the trash away. Every time I go in the store, there's always a line which is a good thing. I guess you have a lot of good products and it's a dual store a combo store however, when I count 72 people in line and you only have three registers opened when it's supposed to be three customers per one cashier it's telling me that you either don't have The employees lack of training, lack of management or all the above. The store needs to be retrained. Every register should be going when you have a busy Q line. read more

I shop here all the time and I needed some earrings and just a couple more items for a birthday and the lady at the jewelry counter refused to check me out for my items. She told me she could only do the earrings but I needed to go wait in line for the rest. Never has this been a problem. I love HomeGoods and its affiliates (TJ Maxx, Marshalls). This one is a cool one because it's a HomeGoods and TJ Maxx combined. One side is TJ Maxx where you can find clothing, shoes, accessories, skincare items, etc. On the other side is HG where you'll find bed, bath, kitchen, and household items. The registers are right in the middle where the two stores meet. They have separate entrances. However, due to Covid, they are having customers to enter at TJ Maxx and exit from HomeGoods. These types of stores can get a little crazy, but the staff here do a great job of keeping everything pretty organized. They have a nice selection of items, but if you find something you like you better snag it or someone else will. Most items are not restocked. Instead, they bring in new items every week. This store is always busy, no matter what day or what time. But don't let the long line discourage you. It moves quickly. They have about 8 registers, and the friendly staff members get you in and out in record time. In addition to wearing masks, having social distancing markers and having sanitizer available, they also sanitize shopping carts and registers in between customers. read more

Went with a friend to this store and found the lamp I really loved for our family room. Text him to see if I could get him one for the other end table - no what I have is fine. Thought I should get both because I rarely seem to find a pair. Bought the one and put it on my end table when I got home - and loved it even more - perfect. So I said, how about it I get you one as part of Christmas - if that's what you want, ok. So called the store, gave the girl my product number, described the location and the look of the lamp. Held on for about 5 minutes - she came back and said are you still there - yup. I can't find anything like you described. Me - Gee it was the first or 2nd row - near the front. Sorry, but we will be getting another delivery Monday. Get off the phone, and he says, bet you it's there - take a run over. It was 8:24, but what the heck! And there was the lamp, first row, first lamp. I am so glad I followed his advice and took a chance. Long wait in line - 20 minutes, but not as bad as earlier today. Those girls at the register must be worn out at the end of the day. I bet a smile works wonders for them from a customer. I did and she did! And my lesson learned - go check for yourself if you really want something. read more

Home Goods reminds me of TJ Maxx, in fact, they are side by side at this location and are an affiliated brand of TJ's. It's kind of a hodgepodge of stuff in there, from furniture to rugs to pet stuff to home decor to napkins to food items. I came here looking for some cute napkins for a party I was hosting. I did find some cute ones, but unfortunately only found one pack. That's the only issue with places like this...random finds, and you may not find the quantity you are looking for. Prices are decent, but somehow I'd spent $50 on plates, napkins, and plastic silverware. LOL Anyway, if you have the time and patience, it's worth checking this place out for their deals. They are really busy, at least when I was there, but they have tons of registers working to get you through as quickly as they can. I'd say some of their stuff is hit or miss, but it depends on what you like and what you are looking for. Definitely worth checking out if you are in the area for some deals. It's one of those places where you go in looking for something, and come out with 5 other things! Oh, and keep your receipt...they cannot find prior purchases by credit card. read more

Basically accused me a lying and stealing and ottoman that I had on hold and paid for and when I came to pick it up they said "I already picked it up" horrible experience do not go here until staffed better!!! read more

I love this place! They have such unique home decor and kitchen items. My favorite find at this store was a huge, (just over 4ft) mirror trimmed in bronze and black accents. It was only two hundred dollars when other mirrors of this size were $400 and up. It is beautiful and one of my favorite pieces in my husband's office. This is also a great place to find quality area rugs at a great price. I like the wool rugs with a substantial cotton backing. I have paid $300 for a couple that would easily sell for $600. They are beautiful and durable. I love kitchen gadgets and this is a great place to find quality items for your kitchen. I also like to peruse the food section where you can get specialty items like flax seed and coconut flour and various oils like avocado and grapeseed. I would not recommend purchasing furniture because it is generally of poor quality and because it is open stock, it is likely to have scratches or other damages. My best advice is to get here within about 10 minutes of them opening so that you will be able to have the run of the joint. Happy Shopping! read more

I was able to find throw pillows i was looking for. Drove almost an hour at this was the SIXTH Home Goods. Don't ask me why. At least it wasn't in vain. Also picked up some knick knacks like a fake flower thingamajig. This one is far if you're coming from the city but worth the drive. I guess because most people are willing to make it. It was somewhat organized and employees are somewhat helpful. I happened to find an item in a cart that looked like they hadn't been placed on the shelves yet so i made sure to ask a young lady first. Actually i was trying to see if was on sale lol. read more

Love homegoods but the people that bring the items to your car are careless and worthless. You would think 2 people would figure out to put something into a truck without breaking it. I'm a designer and I work hard at finding the right items for my clients. I purchased and all glass short file cabinet (yay a match to another one I found might I add) and as they put it in the car I heard a scrape then felt a crack behind it. One of the guys said once you get it home just see how bad it is, (LIKE I WOULD WANT ANY ITEM I JUST PURCHASED CRACKED! The thought of it cracked makes me pissed off... T J Maxx is a good place to go to hone your shopping knowledge and skills. It's also like panning for gold. You flip. flip. flip. through racks and shelves of merchandise for anything from extra-virgin olive oil to socks. I scored a pair of Timberland hike shorts last Saturday for $3! I for one really enjoy a good trip to TJMaxx/Home Goods. This location is nice but always busy especially on the weekends almost every spot in the parking lot is full. I love going here to find pet items at discounted prices. You can get anything from pet stairs to dog shampoo to car covers to kitty themed picture frames. So cute! I also love that they carry Jessica Simpson & Steve Madden products as well. From jewelry to purses to shoes they have everything needed to complete a great outfit. I also, find Philosophy products here for half the price of Ulta usually (16.99) same products are (12.99 here). They have a great selection of baking/cookbooks as well and some of them are recent releases. The only thing that I don't like about this location is that every time I go here the lines are always long no matter how many registers are opened. Absolutely the worst customer experience I've ever had. After returning to my house and realizing the $100 gift card for my moms Christmas present was not in my bag I called there and spoke to their manager (Laurie) and she assured me she would call me back. After not returning my call I called back the next morning, Christmas Eve and she assured me as long as I came in with my debit card they could verify the gift card has not been used and would issue me a new one. When I arrive at the store their other manager proceeded to tell me that they could not issue me a gift card and I was out $100 due to neither of their "managers" knowing their company policies nor honoring what they tell their customers. When I asked for the video of them handing me the card, which I asked for to have ready for me all three of the phone calls I had with the management, when I arrived at the store they were not able to pull it up bc their "surveillance team" was off. I am so excited about the great deals I found at home goods. I had been looking at other places for a brushed nickel toilet paper holder where the average price was around $25. I found exactly what I was looking for here for $9.99 and the matching towel ring also! This is the first place I look for items around the house, including cooking accessories. So many nice things at reasonable prices and the store is way nicer than going to other closeout stores. read more
