My friend I was with was being tricked into applying for a credit card. My friend specifically said that she didn't want a Credit Card or anything to hit her credit and the lady was like no this is for reward. $40 off. Let me see your drivers licenses. Then scanned it and tried to get her to put her Social Security number into the machine. I stopped her right there and said She specifically said she doesn't want to apply for credit card. And she said oh okay.. but you will get $40 off.. AGAIN, I said NO. She asked THREE more times before she would let us check out. It was ridiculous and dishonest what she was doing. read more

This location is no longer disability friendly. There is no place to sit down except maybe for the shoe section. No seats in the entrance area, no seats by the bathrooms. No wheelchairs or mobility scooters available. No curbside pickup. If you need any of these please do not shop here. read more

Recently shopped there, had been in the juniors section looking through the clearance and I overheard the most deplorable conversion. It seemed it was the manager (or some type of higher up) was talking down to an employee. Over something happening the night before it seemed. She looked visibly upset and continued to work. A little latter, I had moved on to the dresses and I had heard a noise. I glanced behind and the young woman was crying and looked terribly upset. I stayed a few moments longer and was about to move on to the next department when the same man came by and rudely told her to take care of the tables. What it seemed to me, he did not care that she had been crying, or anything. He just walked away. It truly bothered me. Where's the respect in this store? Where's the positivety that is supposed to thrive there? It sickened me. I for one, will no longer shop there. read more

I went to this Kohl's this morning shortly after they opened and the store already looked ransacked. It reminded me of a yard sale. Not inviting and definitely doesn't make you want to shop. Haven't been over here in a long time and definitely don't see a need to return. Employees marginally friendly but only when face to face. I got a message on my smartphone on Wednesday, June 17, 8:41 PM, saying that my order was in for this particular Kohl's. However, I did not order anything; have never been to this store; and don't shop Kohl's. The message read: KOHL'S: Order #********** is ready for pickup at Cumming! Check your email for pickup details. Bring a photo ID. STOP to end. [the *'s are numbers] This looked like identity theft, so I called that particular Kohl's. and they put someone on the line that I think said her name was "Alice". She was very nonchalant about it, and didn't bother to put my call through to any further, or suggest who to contact. read more

Clean store and lots of options, staff is friendly and enjoy the coupons that are sent

Kohl's, in Cumming, GA, is a decent shopping place. The store is spacious, and overall, is a good place to look for clothes, etc. The only thing that I did not like-about this location-is that some areas, are either not clean, or disorganized. read more

Waiting in line for 15 min employees all over walking around no one will jump on a register not even management! Very disappointing.

Terrible customer service. Constantly have to call the online orders customer service team to verify that my order is correct. Have spoken with the fraud department who keeps on freezing my account due to "suspicious purchases" When my orders do arrive items are missing or not what I ordered. They sent me a box of shoes with two right shoes of different sizes, they sent a broken picture frame without a sticker, received a sheet set that was half sown many more issues. DO NOT ORDER FROM KOHLS.COM. I mistakenly completed my order and didn't double check the shipping address and it was wrong. Kohls' has refused to help me because it was my mistake and "not theirs" according to the two separate agents I spoke with. All they needed to do was to contact UPS to reroute the package to the correct address but they refused to help me. That's just money down the drain. I will never order from kohls.com again. read more

Seems like this store is a dumping ground for all the on-line returns and off-price junk that other locations cannot sell thru. Always have 60-70-80-90% off racks and rounders everywhere you look. It takes away from buying regular price stuff. BTW.....what happened to a sale being a sale? When it's ALWAYS on sale it means nothing. And when the clerk tells me "You saved $$$$$$$$ today" that is total bull crap. If I got a an item that was marked $100.00 and paid $7.00 for it that's how much it's worth to me. Anyone can make up a suggested high retail price....jeeez louise. How do y'all think about that? Yes...this store often looks disorganized and messy. Bad management methinks. The best way to handle this store is to go in on off hours, handle your business and get out quickly. I don't really shop here anymore except for holiday themed shirts, that's it. When it comes to patriotic shirts, they have a really nice selection of light weight shirts that are very comfortable and super affordable, (2 for $10). Their holiday tees are usually found in every department and conveniently displayed in the main aisle so you can't miss them. I love that!! I always purchase mine in the men's department because I like a generous fit, full sleeves and an identical one for my spouse and the entire family. Yes, we like to coordinate on special occasions. Today, I was able to check out with lightening speed which was great since I had several bags of groceries and ICE sitting in a hot car! Thanks Kohl's for stream lining your checkout process and making it more efficient for customers. It is certainly appreciated! read more

Kohls in Cumming lost a sale yesterday!! They had one register open on either side with lines at both registers. Many customers had several purchases and it was taking an extremely long time for the sales associates to ring up their purchases (one gentleman was moving at a snail's pace). After waiting quite a while, I finally got out of line, put my items down on the closest counter and walked out. When you see 5-6 customers standing in line at only 2 registers and they have quite a few purchases then it is time to get some additional associates to open up registers. I shop Kohls all the time but I am starting to get very frustrated when customers are lined up and steps are not being taken to better serve these customers. read more

"Honey, I've got to run up to Lowe's in Cumming to get a few things. Do you want to go?", was my announcement. "No, but since you'll be right next door to Kohl's, would you please exchange something for me?" was her rejoinder. Thus began a typical Married 40+ Years errand to exchange a bra because it was the wrong size. Don't get me wrong: I don't mind at all, since I'm so senior and done similar things so many times out of love that I no longer mind the stares and gasps from other guys as I shuffle through the racks of panties and bras. I'm just glad that the OTHER errands I used to run before the joy of menopause (another story entirely) are over. Without disclosing exact sizes, my mission was to find a "C" size variant of the same bra. My search was made easier by knowing that "C" sizes have a medium blue color code on tags, regardless of maker. How was I to know that what I thought would be a 5 minute transaction would result in a 30 minute safari? It seems that all of the women in Forsyth County had decided that they needed a "C" cup bra of that particular size over the weekend, so I found myself practically standing on my head rummaging through the bras suspended from the bottom racks of those stupidly designed displays- no wonder women are grumpy after shopping for 'foundations'. In the middle of my increasing headache, an angel showed up in the form of a middle-aged sales lady who inquired if she might be of assistance. Hallelujah. She was so kind as to go to a storeroom and obtain the desired garment. At the checkout, I discovered that it was 30% off since the first was purchased so I got a refund, which was nice, despite the puzzled looks from the other men in line. Bra in bag, I went on to manly shopping at Lowe's. PS: It fit perfectly. Woo hoo! read more

This location has recently been remodeled and it is beautiful! Customer service is now up front on the men's side instead of in the back. I have always been a fan of Kohls because of the amazing deals I get when using my Kohls card. Sign up for the card, its a must have to get your maximum savings. You will receive discounts in the mail for card holders only and can make payments in the store so you don't have to worry about a bill to pay later. I've had a lot of luck with the juniors clearance lately, lots of cute dress pants for $12 plus 20-30% off, amazing. read more

Just opened my Christmas present that my husband bought at this location...a fit bit brand new that came in a locked box. When I opened the box there was no fit bit. Obviously one of the employees had stolen it out of the box before it was purchased. Merry Christmas! Make sure you're watching your shady employees. read more
