We received a warm welcome from Victoria, the store manager, as soon as we arrived! I arrived here and both clerks had other customers but I waited and browsed around the store. The wait was not long and was well worth the time. I explained some foot issues I have and they knew exactly what I was talking about and made recommendations about shoes after sizing me on the stand-up machine. The store associate never became hurried or rushed me and allowed me to try on multiple shoes that she recommended. In total, she probably spent thirty minutes with me as I tried each pair of shoes and walked around the store in them before making my selection. Again, I'm a big fan that they hold races, often on holidays that make it nice for people who don't want to trek downtown to run a big race. I didn't know this before I participated in this for work, but they give you points for the donation. This particular warehouse is always so hot though. I am not sure if it's because of the lights or lack of AC but I feel like I always start sweating profusely only after a few minutes of being in the store.

I saw it then. A small micro-sized spinning reel with a large yellow sticker that declared "Clearance! $35". I tried various angles to see what information I could obtain visually, but some evil genius had positioned it in such a way as to make it impossible to develop a buying interest without paging a sales clerk to the area. I reflexively glanced at the time on my cellphone: 3:44pm. So, I67 began my search for an associate to help me. 3:50. Nary a soul in sight..Then, I spotted a Press For Service button beside the live bait cooler so I pressed it: 3:57. While I was waiting I thought about all the times I had found items of interest to me in their flyers, only to discover that store and internet sales were both out of stock. In fact, I had never scored a single item from their ads, out of dozens of attempts. Finally a young woman bustled up. No key to open the display counter. 4:06m. The manager was just hanging out behind the counter and didn't even come to acknowledge me about the situation. She sent another person to do her job. I watched the other employee take the clothing set over to her and the manager rolled her eyes, said they don't belong together, tore the swift attachment apart, and told the employee to tell me the outfit was two different prices. Your staff's lack of attention to detail when putting sets back together is not my problem. You had an item with 4 different prices; you go with the lowest price period! It's not my fault your employees were not mindful. This is not the first time I have had issues with management not giving the price as marked. Between the consistent terrible customer service, the long lines, the overcrowded shelves, and the racks never zoned correctly, it will be a while before I return to this location.
