I arrived here and both clerks had other customers but I waited and browsed around the store. The wait was not long and was well worth the time. I explained some foot issues I have and they knew exactly what I was talking about and made recommendations about shoes after sizing me on the stand-up machine. The store associate never became hurried or rushed me and allowed me to try on multiple shoes that she recommended. In total, she probably spent thirty minutes with me as I tried each pair of shoes and walked around the store in them before making my selection. I watched the other employee take the clothing set over to her and the manager rolled her eyes, said they don't belong together, tore the swift attachment apart, and told the employee to tell me the outfit was two different prices. Your staff's lack of attention to detail when putting sets back together is not my problem. You had an item with 4 different prices; you go with the lowest price period! It's not my fault your employees were not mindful. This is not the first time I have had issues with management not giving the price as marked. Between the consistent terrible customer service, the long lines, the overcrowded shelves, and the racks never zoned correctly, it will be a while before I return to this location.
