There are not many stores I dislike so strongly that I get aggressive (except A&F) but I…read morehistorically despise this brand. Primarily, because every single piece of clothing they sell MUST BE REQUIRED to say Aeropostale or Aero or Aerie on it in a hugely obnoxious way. They might as well have it light up or screech like a Bald Eagle in heat when you look at it. (Is that something Bald Eagles do?) Okay, if it is any kind of disclaimer about me (if I'm not being fair to them) I really do not like just about anything with a brand name on it (there are very few exceptions but I'm sure they're there). So, I'm already biased going into this situation. The only cool thing that they've ever done is put a TV screen under plexiglass in the early 90s, and that's because I was like 10. I walked into this Outlet store today at the N GA Premium Outlets because of this very large "70% OFF" sign in the window. Plus, I was looking for some admittedly hipster ridiculousness for a photo shoot. I also cannot tell you why a store like this, time and time again, has such unfriendly, too-cool-for-school employees who - if you weren't looking right at them - you'd think they were reading a teleprompter in the most uninterested, monotone voice they can muster.. but I assume (though I've been told not to assume anything) that it's because they're actually high school students who couldn't give two sh!ts. (I have worked in a place like this.) Turns out, all was not lost today as I found a borderline-terrible hat (you know when something is so ugly it's cute? This is similar..) and some $3.99 tops that I can live with (that do not exclaim anything obnoxious). This is the reason why this store gets 2 stars instead of just 1. Because I am discount harlot.

The sales girl promptly got us a dressing room and my son the size he needed from the back of the store. At the register I was a few dollars short of a bigger coupon and the cashier made me aware right away. The place was clean and organized. I've been here off and on over the years and the place has always been messy and employees rough around the edges, but they've seem to do a complete turn around and we'll definitely be back!

For some reason, I can hardly ever find good deals for Ann Taylor clothing that actually fits me at…read moretheir regular retail stores - even when they're on sale. Fortunately, I can ALWAYS find great deals for quality business casual and professional clothes at the Ann Taylor Factory Store at the North Georgia Premium Outlets! The Ann Taylor Factory Store is usually my first stop when I make my 45-minute drive to the Outlets. It's a fairly large store, which is always always nicely organized. As soon as I walk in, I head straight to the right side of the back of the store because that's where their clearance section is located. The clothes on clearance are organized by size and type - business casual is in one section and then there are more casual tops in a separate rack. There are also plenty of pants on clearance. I don't come here often, but the past three times I have visited, they would have additional discounts on top of the clearance prices! The last time I went on a Saturday afternoon, they informed me that there was an additional 40% off all purchases that day, and they handed me a small flyer with the prices of many of their items and how much they would cost with the additional discount. I thought that this was so helpful! As I was shopping and was holding numerous hangers of clothing, a friendly sales associate approached me and asked if she could get a fitting room started for me. I said sure, and she asked for my name, took the clothes I wanted to try, and saved a fitting room for me. Unlike some retail stores, they don't count the number of items you are trying or have a limit on how many items you can take in the fitting room. When I was ready to try the clothes on, I was pleasantly surprised to see that the associate had written my name on a white board on my fitting room door and had neatly hung the clothing inside. The associate smiled and told me that I should let her know if I needed assistance with anything. She was very sweet and I appreciated her excellent customer service! Overall, the Ann Taylor Factory Store gets 5 stars for their awesome deals for quality women's professional clothing, clean and organized environment, and friendly employees. I have never walked out of this store without buying anything because their petite-sized clothes (yay for the Petites section!) fit me so nicely and are affordable for the quality. This is definitely my favorite store at the North Georgia Premium Outlets and I will continue to shop here several times a year! [Review 149 of 366]

I've LOVED this store in past visits, purchasing numerous suits, work ensembles, and dresses. But…read moreyesterday, the clearance racks were so disorganized, with all sizes mixed together, including petites, and all types of garments mixed in, that I couldn't even get excited to spend my money. And if you'd wanted another size from the fitting room, the sales staff had a difficult time finding it due to the disorganization. But there were several associates pacing the floor, mentioning the deals, handing out mesh bags to put your considerations in (even though that would get them all wrinkly...). To me, this is the opposite of customer service. They're working so hard to address you by your name and be your personal shopper that it comes across and insincere and desperate. Also, maybe it's just me, since I haven't done serious shopping in a while, but it seemed that many staples, such as button downs and tees were way overpriced, such that it was only the "early Labor Day sale" that made them reasonable. So that made me wonder if any of it was really a deal. If the employees would put half as much effort into organizing the merchandise as they did into upselling in the "wardrobing" area, I probably would have purchased much more than one pair of pants on clearance. I'd just head to the Loft outlet if I were you. #Yelp365 - 240/365

I am very dissatisfied with their sales. Big signs 50% off entire store including I understood additional 50% of already marked down clearance items. Oh these items are already less then 50% off. I also entered the store too early for clerks ( although after opening) to hear one clerk tell another to take these items to the back as they cannot be out front for that sale. I probably made my very last purchase there today.
