They carry an entire stock of the items they carry and never have empty shelves. Finding what she is looking for is always easy. The checkout lines can get busy, but they do move and the cashiers have always been friendly and helpful on each visit. The Kohl's Cash rewards program is a nice feature and keeps Kohl's as an option when looking at running to Kohl's for an item or ordering from Amazon. I understand the expiration date on your Kohl's Cash but wish they stayed active slightly longer. Returns have always been an easy process when items do not fit properly. During the pandemic when dressing rooms were closed, we never had any issues with making a return. The dressing rooms are now back open and my wife and the few times I have used them have found them to be well maintained, private, and secure.

Primarily, because every single piece of clothing they sell MUST BE REQUIRED to say Aeropostale or Aero or Aerie on it in a hugely obnoxious way. Fortunately, I can ALWAYS find great deals for quality business casual and professional clothes at the Ann Taylor Factory Store at the North Georgia Premium Outlets! The Ann Taylor Factory Store is usually my first stop when I make my 45-minute drive to the Outlets. It's a fairly large store, which is always always nicely organized. As soon as I walk in, I head straight to the right side of the back of the store because that's where their clearance section is located. The clothes on clearance are organized by size and type - business casual is in one section and then there are more casual tops in a separate rack. There are also plenty of pants on clearance. I don't come here often, but the past three times I have visited, they would have additional discounts on top of the clearance prices! The last time I went on a Saturday afternoon, they informed me that there was an additional 40% off all purchases that day, and they handed me a small flyer with the prices of many of their items and how much they would cost with the additional discount. I thought that this was so helpful! As I was shopping and was holding numerous hangers of clothing, a friendly sales associate approached me and asked if she could get a fitting room started for me. I said sure, and she asked for my name, took the clothes I wanted to try, and saved a fitting room for me. Unlike some retail stores, they don't count the number of items you are trying or have a limit on how many items you can take in the fitting room. When I was ready to try the clothes on, I was pleasantly surprised to see that the associate had written my name on a white board on my fitting room door and had neatly hung the clothing inside. The associate smiled and told me that I should let her know if I needed assistance with anything. She was very sweet and I appreciated her excellent customer service! Overall, the Ann Taylor Factory Store gets 5 stars for their awesome deals for quality women's professional clothing, clean and organized environment, and friendly employees. I have never walked out of this store without buying anything because their petite-sized clothes (yay for the Petites section!) fit me so nicely and are affordable for the quality. And if you'd wanted another size from the fitting room, the sales staff had a difficult time finding it due to the disorganization. But there were several associates pacing the floor, mentioning the deals, handing out mesh bags to put your considerations in (even though that would get them all wrinkly...). To me, this is the opposite of customer service. They're working so hard to address you by your name and be your personal shopper that it comes across and insincere and desperate. Also, maybe it's just me, since I haven't done serious shopping in a while, but it seemed that many staples, such as button downs and tees were way overpriced, such that it was only the "early Labor Day sale" that made them reasonable. So that made me wonder if any of it was really a deal.
