They carry an entire stock of the items they carry and never have empty shelves. Finding what she is looking for is always easy. The checkout lines can get busy, but they do move and the cashiers have always been friendly and helpful on each visit. The Kohl's Cash rewards program is a nice feature and keeps Kohl's as an option when looking at running to Kohl's for an item or ordering from Amazon. I understand the expiration date on your Kohl's Cash but wish they stayed active slightly longer. Returns have always been an easy process when items do not fit properly. During the pandemic when dressing rooms were closed, we never had any issues with making a return. The dressing rooms are now back open and my wife and the few times I have used them have found them to be well maintained, private, and secure.

I've experienced both good and bad service here. Nothing too wowing on either the good or bad side. I don't expect much since this is Gainesville. But, I have to express a really bad encounter here with one of the cashiers. So my first encounter with this cashier started with him almost bumping into me among the clothes rack without excusing himself. No biggie. I was annoyed that he didn't seem to acknowledge anything. We both could have been in each other's blind spot so that could be why he didn't say anything. Next... I needed to get a dress off a mannequin near the cashiers. The first gal cashier my friend asked to assist was busy so I was fine waiting. But it did annoy me that I saw people working the floor that seemed like they could assist me just walk off, but I guess she didn't inform them I needed help as she wanted to assist (?). Okay... This gal could have asked one of those folks to help since they were right there near her. My patience is at its turning point at this moment. To top it all off, the cashier that I had almost run into earlier was asked by my friend to assist in getting this dress down since I wasn't going to stand there and strip this mannequin. I would have done it, but it was more tricky than it looked. So this guy informs my friend that he could not leave the registers so assist. Wad?! This pissed me off so badly. You are not chained to those registers. I know because I was once a cashier myself working in retail. Plus, the first cashier gal finally made it to me after this dumb encounter with this guy cashier. Yeah. I'm avoiding this Kohl's from now on. I will happily drive to the Flowery Branch location if I need to.

After we entered to store we turn the corner and my 12-year-old daughter spotted a pair of men's underwear hanging up that said , "Great Balls" that's tacky as hell and for a 12-year-old she shouldn't be seeing things like. All she thought were she that their clothes were cute. We exited the story immediately how horrible that my little girl had to see that how tacky can people get. I even nabbed a pair of jeans there yesterday. The same brand (Celebrity Pink) is available for purchase online at Macy's and Belk for a lot more $. Much of the plus size tops are solid colored, but that's perfect for me. They do usually have a few cute prints but I prefer pairing solids with a cute scarf. As a plus size woman, finding this place was such a blessing. Sooooo many retailers sell clothes that just don't make sense for plus size women. Places like Torrid and Lane Bryant charge a fortune for the same quality clothes. My teenager loves this store too. Between the two of us, we have tons of clothes that have lasted a long time. Most of their leggings are par with lularoe and over half the price. They have a huge selection of medium/big cheer bows for like $2-3. I could live without the jewelry section. It's just not my style. Cute but not me.

Dislike the fact that I wasn't the only because right behind me there's was a lady with a stroller and a little girl and didn't have any mask. That man didn't even consider the fact in which she came in a taxi. In my opinion it's a bad customer service that one day they offer and the other day they don't! They just going to lose people just for having them get there to tell you oh you can't come in.
