This store was easy for me so not going to advise on customer orders, bad shipments since I don't do heavy work other than summer plants and soil... Most often I don't need someone to help, but when I do, there is someone available on an aisle nearby. Getting in and out is a bear but deal with it. Very crowded during summer.

It was extremely busy, and the associate I spoke with told me I could pick it up on Monday after it was assembled. When Monday came and I hadn't received a call, I reached out to the store myself. That's when I was helped by Mellany at Customer Service, and I can't say enough about the outstanding service she provided. No one could locate the order because the associate from Friday had called out sick, but Mellany took ownership of the situation immediately. She arranged for someone to assemble a cabinet for me and kept me updated throughout the process. She also went above and beyond by helping me rent a cargo van so I could deliver the cabinet to my son-in-law. The associates in the rental department were just as helpful--especially Devian, who did an excellent job loading the cabinet and securing it safely in the van. Thank you to Mellany, Devian, and the entire team for turning a stressful situation into a great experience. Outstanding customer service!

Invoice number 87039308 4 weeks I have been trying to get this fixed and am still getting the "Not my Fault" response from both Samsung and ApplianceSmart as of 12/24 Samsung says, "Install issue", applianceSmart says, "Our guy installs professional all day long, no way! Samsung issue." Mean while, My renters can't wash dishes. I will never use this place again. Home Depot or Lowes wouldn't allow this type of problem. This has been nothing short of a nightmare, and something I will NEVER do again.

The original company I asked said they could not be there till Saturday (a day later) and if they wanted to get to the parts store that they would need to go to the parts store that day (Friday) to make sure they got the right parts. I then said I'm going to shop around and I'll call you back. I called Frost Fix at around 9am on Friday telling them I needed the refrigerator fixed, they asked me my address and number and then they gave me a time frame for THAT day Friday 4-6pm! I was relieved because that means I could get the refrigerator fixed same day! Well come 5pm I call Frost Fix and ask "Hey just checking on a time you would arrive?" And they stated that the location was way to far and they would not be coming out there. So at that point I had wasted the whole day and I could no longer call the other company to come Saturday since they were booked up at that point. I guess my point is, if you say you will be at a place please be there. When a customer shops around they are looking at a few things, timing, price, and quality of work. When you say you will be at a place you need to really make sure you can make it. Because there are other companies in the area that a person can call and if you state to a customer you will be there, they expect you to do so. Please just be more vigilant about that in the future. I cannot comment on the craftsmanship or quality of this companies work though.

He spent a great deal of time trying to figure out what exactly I needed to get my Firestick to hook to my home theater system, but be able to play sound through the Bose system, not the projector, which made the sound quality very tinty and not exceptionally as loud as I wanted it. After buying two different cords, and finding out neither would work, I headed here for answers. And thankfully, the employee here was terrific and knowledgable. The only drawback was that they didn't have the part I needed, but he even went through the trouble of looking up the item on Amazon, and telling me which one had the best price that would work for it. Looking around, it's fun to see all the different gadgets and upgrades you can do to your house, appliances, entertainment systems. It's easy to get sucked into buying stuff you don't need here. I'm so untech savvy, and I'm so glad I was able to have Best Buy come to my rescue.

The Geek Squad service center could use some customer service training…read more I understand that people with appointments should have priority but after I sat and patiently waited for over 30 minutes, after arriving at 10:06 and having the misfortune of being the second person at the counter that morning, for them to not even ask what I needed (a simple drop laptop off for tuning) but to just discount me because I didn't have an appointment and offer no assistance is kind of ridiculous. Why even suggest you have VIP service for those that have purchased the Best Buy Total Service plan? There was only the feeling of being an annoyance not a customer.
