I was like ok but the signs are still up you should honor the deal still. I said it's not my fault you left all the signs up. She said it is what it is. I told her to get a manger please. The manager gave me lip about well it ended yesterday and we were closed so the signs didn't get taken down. I went into the store at 11 am the store opens at 7 am. I was like well that's your problem I think I should still get the discount. After I said that he walked away from me while I was talking to him. What a joke!! That's how you treat your customers?? This is the second time they have giving me issues about an item and they were like whatever about it. Screw this place wouldn't be going back.

Instead of providing customer service and solutions, they failed to comprehend how frustrated we already were, and only escalated that situation. The manager was openly rude. And he was that way towards me from the moment we arrived in his store. When we finally, after several hours, were able to finalize the purchase, we were left to load a very heavy toolbox ourselves, well except for Alexis... she did come out to assist. It's only a few hundred dollars cheaper than retail, and most of it has some damage, bugs and debris and has been sitting in the weather outside. It's not stored properly. secondly, if you buy something that is "brand new but not used surplus, it's actually not much cheaper than Home Depot and it has no return policy. We bought a door and a window that cost us almost $2000. It was literally only a couple hundred dollars than Home Depot. we called them one business day later and said we needed to return the window because it was not gonna work. They would not allow us to return a brand new window that we had just bought one business day earlier. They did offer a store credit, but what good is that when you have a window that you cannot use? buyer beware. I would not buy anything from these people.

Before tree delivery I asked what kind of warranty there would be given as it was a transplant. Jason said "as long as I don't come out and find it bone dry there would be a warranty." The tree has not survived and they are now unwilling to honor their word and make it right. On top of that, 3 yards of conditioned garden soil was to be delivered. Instead we received practically mulch with trash in it. The delivery truck also drove in our grass and left a 15 foot trail of diesel in our grass and all the way down the road. The grass died and had to be replaced. Stay away! Very very dishonest company.
