I was like ok but the signs are still up you should honor the deal still. I said it's not my fault you left all the signs up. She said it is what it is. I told her to get a manger please. The manager gave me lip about well it ended yesterday and we were closed so the signs didn't get taken down. I went into the store at 11 am the store opens at 7 am. I had to pull up in the handicap spot because I was getting a fridge and didn't know where to load it so I went back to look at the fridge and then come pay for it she talked to us so rudely and yelled to move it and I was in a car accident with a brace so I couldn't walk far she yelled at us to move and there wasn't any customers there or anyone in the parking lot and yes I do understand I couldn't park but there are others ways to talk to someone she did not have to be so rude like that and make my minor child cry in the car walking out. I have a big family and My family shops there a lot and has always purchased appliances there when we were in need of something. I've never had a experience this bad I mean if you don't want to work there or around people find somewhere else to work. On our way out the man in the front in a recliner shrugged his shoulders. There are ways to talk to someone and ask questions. What's wrong with saying or asking "hey do you mind moving your vehicle you can't be parked there?" That would have been a better way of talking especially with minor children around.

Using our new outlets and correcting the missing steps, work was done in about 2h and 15 minutes. Got charged $1000 bucks. Then he stated his car "ran out of gas" in our driveway and continued to ring our doorbell demanding my husband to come outside. We called the police and filed a complaint because we feared for our well being. Miraculously, his car "found" gas and he closed his hood and drove off. Then he tried to extort us for a cancellation fee, even through he was 2 1/2 hours late and we fired him on the spot. Bad business practice.

This guy came and said that we needed to clean the carb again and upsold me on a "tune up". Before he left, I could tell the mower still wasn't running right, but it was getting dark and I kind of wanted him to leave. The next day I started the mower and it did the same exact thing. I called him and he said he would come back out to re-clean the carburetor again. It was apparent to me that it wasn't a dirty carburetor that was causing the problem, but more likely an issue with the governor or something, but he dismissed this. I wasn't at home this time when he came, but my wife was and he supposedly cleaned the carburetor for a second time and left. The mower still did the same exact thing it did before after I spent over $400 with this guy. I called the guy back, but he was rude and dismissive and I just didn't feel like dealing with him.
