Took them back but the "Grill Manager" said they couldn't be returned because they were used. I explained they weren't used and that I had only placed them in the Egg enough to see they were the wrong size. The guy just walked away without even attempting to come to a solution. I returned them to Beverly's Ace Hardware in Gainesville with absolutely no issues. My business will be with Beverly's Ace Hardware going forward.

The staff was so helpful when we mentioned we were looking for something floral, and made sure we had bookmarks to use to help when deciding between books. They also helped pull a few books they thought could have what we were looking for. When it came down to ordering, the process was super simple and took less than 5 min to get the order in and pay.
