I needed a replacement head. the first time I went, the manager…read morewas doing a training session out in the parking lot, and the person that they left in the store had no clue what was going on. He had no idea what line would fit my weedeater. The next time I went, they took my name and number and we're gonna have the pieces I needed sent from another store. That was two weeks ago and I still haven't received a phone call. There's 15 people in that store and absolutely nobody will help you. Their selection is good on some of the stuff they have but what good is that if you can't get extra parts or anybody that knows what you're talking about. I should've never bought that brand. Back to and Ace Hardware sucks. As far as the value goes, who knows they can't seem to tell me what I need. They sell the stuff but don't expect to get any parts there because nobody knows.
