As expected, the results were negative but arrived 4 days later after the initial sample. I requested from them a prescription to purchase preventative meds but was denied. The only way to purchase was to use the pet vet pharmacy. I purchase meds where I want to purchase not were demanded by the service provider. After a month of dealing with 4 attempts and hour long wait times for a service rep, I gave up took my dog to a professional vet and got the meds. In other words, save a little on the test and spend much more being forced to use their pharmacy. Note: Using the contact with the governing body for Georgia may gt their attention.
