Have been traveling 45 minutes to order parts for a Husqvarna mower now. Decided to give them another try so today I stopped in to see if they could get the parts I need to repair my mower. The female parts manager was very rude, treated me as if I was an idiot. If I had known the guy that was on the phone trying to get a belt for his mower I would have informed him how bad they were talking about him and making fun of him because he did not the belt #. This place is the most unprofessional ace hardware I have ever been in. Management needs to take a look at how these employees treat customers, they are not stupid as you suggested and decide if this business grows or stays small.

If you're looking for something like a drill,an air compressor, or any large purchase like that yes you'll get a good deal on it, but in my experience, I've learned that it doesn't last that long. You're better off going to Lowe's and buying a good quality power tool rather than spending the money here. The staff here is incredibly nice, and they seem to know where everything is. They do have some really good sales on a lot of stuff so this place is definitely worth checking out if you're looking to increase your tool collection.
