There are also often crafts and other items for sale as well, I got the cutest handmade scarf for fall while I was there. For those in the know, they also sell collector rocks, minerals, and seashells too! I know I am raving, but I love quaint places like this, especially because their prices are so good. PLEASE NOTE As this is a Mom and Pop operation it is best to call, email, or facebook before going if you are driving a long way. They are a little ways out there, but it is hard to miss all the day lilies in bloom when you drive past! They ship their flowers all around the US too, which I like as I can send them as gifts. We had gotten Leyland Cyprus's in the past at another tree farm when we lived elsewhere and loved them, but had heard that Murray Cyprus's are more sturdy, so we were excited to find that 7 G's has a wide selection of them. For our first trip to the farm the workers explained all the tree options they have and exactly how their process works. They have carts to help you wheel your cart to the front once you've cut it down which is nice and convenient. Or, if you struggle cut it down or just don't want to, they had workers with golf carts who could help. The prices were reasonable, the trees were beautiful, and everyone was friendly and helpful. I definitely plan to return again for my future trees!

They also have a gift store where they sell ornaments, Christmas Gifts, homemade jellies, wreaths and others. The atmosphere is truly unique smelling all the lovely Trees. They are part of the "Trees for Troops" association and this year they donated us a Tree. A lovely Neylor Blue. This tree never shedded and its fragrance brought peace through the Holidays. I needed 7 yards of soil-we ended up having 17 delivered to get 7 yards. With the same order, we ordered 40 yards of dark brown mulch-which should have been plenty to complete the project. We ended up having to order 20 yards more (only ordered again so as to match the color and type of mulch). Our landscape contractor was amazed at how much we were shorted. Using Griffin's ended up costing me an extra $1500. I discussed this with the owner and driver, who only dismissed my complaint. We wouldn't ave lasted 20 years in the business by shorting customers, blah, blah, blah. I was a landscape owner/operator for over 10 years and I know quantities. He may be able to BS the average homeowner but don't let him by avoiding this place. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
