I didnt notice until walking to the car. I waited in line for a $3 credit to my CC. Today, sent my house mate up to get a can of starter fluid to help get the mower running. She came back with a can of Gumout without the straw. She was told didnt need the straw - really ? A hardware associate thinks starter fluid does need the straw ? ROFL. That was the whole reason sending her up there.. if I needed to search out a straw I would have used the half can of starter fluid I already had........ she went back to return and it was a PITA so she just split. Ya'll need to get it together........... Mayfield use to be consistently top notch and now?,,,,,,,,,,, it's hit or miss and lately..........miss. Smaller hardware store and section is somewhat limited in certain departments BUT they have a very…read moregood variety for size. They have harder to find brands and whenever I have needed help the staff has gone above and beyond. They special ordered a spider spray I couldn't find anywhere for me and in an emergency I arrived essentially AT CLOSING and the gentleman working answered all of my questions and told me not to rush. He assured me he would stay as long as it took to get me what we needed. He was knowledgeable about the appliance hardware I needed (since the contractor forgot to bring it) and about the service gap recommendations. I really appreciated his kindness and the staff at this location always comes through!
