I went into purchase some paint to touch up the walls in my home. The lady that helped me was so uneducated with products and ultimately gave me the wrong paint. I went home and tried it to find out that it wasn't what she had promised it was. I took the paint back - thankful they have a return policy. The manager gave me the "correct" paint which happened to still be wrong. I found this out by talking to an older gentleman who was shopping who warned me to check my paint numbers because he had always received the incorrect paint from "this place". Well he was right. The paint type was wrong. I ultimately received a refund and went over to Lowe's who was able to successfully able to assist me with my needs. Needless to say, I had to sand down areas from the first wrong paint that was given to me and thankfully there was someone else there to warn me or it would have happened a second time.

Adam helped me with everything!! If it wasn't for him I would have spent over $80 on stuff I didnt need. But, because of Adam being so gracious and kind I left with everythjng I needed and only spent $23. I was so stressed and nervous about buying all this and he took all the pressure off!! If I ever need to paint my house again I will be going to that Sherwin Williams and asking for Adam's help!!!! Could not have been happier with the customer service. :)

She didn't even attempt to type my name/number into the system as the employee in the other Sherwin Williams location did. She claimed she "couldn't do that" in a curt manner. Sara clearly had no interest in helping me and did not want to be bothered. This is not the first time this happened. When I told my boyfriend about this experience he told me the same thing happened to him. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS STORE. They do not care to do the bare minimum and you'll leave frustrated.

This place is like the Cheers of Paint stores. They know their customers and they want to make sure you get what you need. It worked only a few more times but it didn't even work for the entire summer. I bought another battery and it cut 1/2 my yard and died. I did buy the lawn mower in 2018 and it was marked down because it was a return, im sure the customer informed Home Depot that it didnt work properly but instead of writing it off as a damaged product, Home Depot decided to resale it and take advantage of a customer.
