With large price increases for the same plants rooted from mother plants, the mealy bugs on many of the plants, the overcharging then the theft..I'm definitely done with these folks. I'm someone who makes a point to be friendly and speak to people, but the staff seemed completely disengaged and, honestly, unhappy to be there. We were never greeted, never asked if we needed help, and after spending several hundred dollars, we weren't even thanked for our business. Customer service matters, and this was some of the poorest I've experienced anywhere. A simple "hello," "can I help you," or "thank you" goes a long way--especially in what I understand is a long-standing, family-owned business. I've already had someone ask me where to buy a tree, and I couldn't recommend this place. I would rather shop at places like The Home Depot, Pike Nurseries, or even a local farmers market where customer service is a priority. Sadly, I won't be returning.
