I went into purchase some paint to touch up the walls in my home. The lady that helped me was so uneducated with products and ultimately gave me the wrong paint. I went home and tried it to find out that it wasn't what she had promised it was. I took the paint back - thankful they have a return policy. The manager gave me the "correct" paint which happened to still be wrong. I found this out by talking to an older gentleman who was shopping who warned me to check my paint numbers because he had always received the incorrect paint from "this place". Well he was right. The paint type was wrong. I ultimately received a refund and went over to Lowe's who was able to successfully able to assist me with my needs. Needless to say, I had to sand down areas from the first wrong paint that was given to me and thankfully there was someone else there to warn me or it would have happened a second time.

I didnt notice until walking to the car. I waited in line for a $3 credit to my CC. Today, sent my house mate up to get a can of starter fluid to help get the mower running. She came back with a can of Gumout without the straw. She was told didnt need the straw - really ? A hardware associate thinks starter fluid does need the straw ? ROFL. That was the whole reason sending her up there.. if I needed to search out a straw I would have used the half can of starter fluid I already had........ she went back to return and it was a PITA so she just split. Ya'll need to get it together........... Mayfield use to be consistently top notch and now?,,,,,,,,,,, it's hit or miss and lately..........miss. I'm writing this to give constructive feedback not to dog you all......... I want you to succeed because I like the store........until lately.

But, because of Adam being so gracious and kind I left with everythjng I needed and only spent $23. I was so stressed and nervous about buying all this and he took all the pressure off!! She didn't even attempt to type my name/number into the system as the employee in the other Sherwin Williams location did. She claimed she "couldn't do that" in a curt manner. Sara clearly had no interest in helping me and did not want to be bothered. This is not the first time this happened. When I told my boyfriend about this experience he told me the same thing happened to him. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS STORE. They do not care to do the bare minimum and you'll leave frustrated.

They pressure washed, scraped and sanded, repaired cracks, patched masonry, installed replacement wall caps, primed, and painted the wall. The finished result transformed the property. I also hired them to restore and repaint my deck. They pressure washed it, replaced more boards than expected, reinforced parts of the structure, and applied a beautiful finish that suits the home. But I…read moreordered an arrangement for a fellow deputy's mother's funeral and collected $190, I told them what I wanted and how much I had to spend for it ( I told them $200) when I received the picture of what was sent I was absolutely shocked and embarrassed!! It looked to be $50-$75 arrangement with NO artistic design to it at all. I posted to get others opinions to be sure I wasn't over reacting and they had the same opinion as mine. Hopefully I will find out Monday if it was a mistake and if they will try to make good on their embarrassing example of a floral design. If they do, I will report back. Wish us luck!!
