I walked in and the two visible employees never looked up or spoke to me. No visible customers in store. I went over to paint samples to look. The entire time I was looking at samples, all I needed to do, no one approached me, said hello from across the store, offered to help, asked if I needed anything... nothing. I took a few paint chips and left. As I was leaving a youngish employee was coming in from helping another customer load a 5 gallon bucket into his van. He mumbled have a nice day as I walked out. The owner came out personally to evaluate the project and then completed the work with his brother. They pressure washed, scraped and sanded, repaired cracks, patched masonry, installed replacement wall caps, primed, and painted the wall. The finished result transformed the property. I also hired them to restore and repaint my deck. They pressure washed it, replaced more boards than expected, reinforced parts of the structure, and applied a beautiful finish that suits the home.
