When trying to make a purchase we had to go from Buford to Gainesville to buy, from the manager on down the staff is incompetent and not at all well trained. Instead of providing customer service and solutions, they failed to comprehend how frustrated we already were, and only escalated that situation. The manager was openly rude. And he was that way towards me from the moment we arrived in his store. When we finally, after several hours, were able to finalize the purchase, we were left to load a very heavy toolbox ourselves, well except for Alexis... she did come out to assist. We bought a door and a window that cost us almost $2000. It was literally only a couple hundred dollars than Home Depot. we called them one business day later and said we needed to return the window because it was not gonna work. They would not allow us to return a brand new window that we had just bought one business day earlier. They did offer a store credit, but what good is that when you have a window that you cannot use? buyer beware. I would not buy anything from these people.

There are ways to talk to someone and ask questions. What's wrong with saying or asking "hey do you mind moving your vehicle you can't be parked there?" That would have been a better way of talking especially with minor children around.
