I had a $5,000 whole interior paint job done on my new home and within 5 months the paint has cracked in 3 rooms and the main ceiling is terrible. It is now coming off the ceiling / paint is falling off. Either the paint was watered down or other trick. Called the store and the local S.W Rep came out with this store owner and they said that it looked bad and they had never seen the paint do this before. Contractor then came out after 3 weeks of begging and I was told it was, and I quote "Bad Luck".. I would not use them to finger paint!!! TRUST ME.. S.W has good paint but do not use this store or its contractor F.C.D.. God Bless

Their painting crew was excellent. They paid attention to details, didn't rush and responded to my input at every turn. After completing the job, I paid them but, said I wanted a few days to look around and see if there were additional touch up spots I would want addressed. Now, we all know that's risky to pay and then expect a timely return if there are issues, not with Jason. A week later the crew came out and addressed the minor items we wanted fixed. They spent another whole day and did exactly what I asked. Yes, they were a little more expensive but, well worth it. They also do NOT show you nor give you the actual "warranty" until the job is complete then it is mailed stating that your payment in full was an agreement to their contract. More loop holes than a used car warranty! The company forced me to go through the long process of arbitration. I was awarded a small portion of the damages they caused and the to pay someone else to replace the boards I paid this company to fix. $1,466 to be exact. Even worse it's not even been a year and we are back to square one! The initial reason we made this $20,000 "investment" was because we had an issue with wood peckers getting through the siding but we were reassured that this product would remedy our issue and be good and guaranteed for at least 25 years...well not even one year later we have multiple holes in the siding again and the paint is chipping. This company has been deceptive and dishonest throughout the entire process. Save yourself the time and frustration this company did not provide skilled workers nor complete the scope of work paid for and they completely lied about their products ability and warranty.

That would have been a better way of talking especially with minor children around.
