I love this place! Not the cheapest around. But great products and selection. It is a great place for some hardware but more so for me for cards and gifts. They have Big Green Eggs and carry Stihl equipment! They are always helpful for finding products. Great place! read more

Went in Beverly's in June to get a battery checked for a 60 volt Greenworks cordless weed eater. I told the young man i did not purchase it at Ace, it was purchased at Tractor supply, he said it did not matter, they sold greenwork products but did ask for a receipt of purchase, i supplied it to him, he said, they did not have a checker for that battery but he would get one, come back Monday he said. Returned Monday, was given a different associate, to deal with it, he ask for my phone number again, said he would call me, no call. I returned to the store roughly 1 and a half weeks later, was referred to another associate, who again ask for my phone number no call, been in the store 2 times since, each time the 3rd associate ask for my phone number again, every time i ask if they ordered the battery (it is under warranty) i was just told my battery was in the cue to be warranted, here we are end of August, did not get to use my weed eater all summer, How would you fell about Beverly's Ace Hardware? read more

I would love to be able to shop at Beverly's Ace Hardware but their shelves are always empty. They are always out of stock on everything. It looks like the store is going out of business. We went yesterday to get a power strip and the cord section had 3 cords hanging in the 6 foot section. This is not the first time this has happened. It's been an on going problem for almost two years. Stock your store, you would get so many more customers coming in. read more

took my chainsaw chain in to be sharpened and when I got home it would not fit my saw. it Had clearly been swapped with another one. I took the saw up there and they agreed chain was not correct but absolutely would not make it right would not even look for my chain. Just said tuff luck. read more

Even though I might not should have gone out, I wanted to get a birthday present for my mom, bird feeder or something like that. I wandered around your store for 15 minutes and not one employee spoke to me, asked if I needed help or even said hello. So, you have not made a good impression as a new hardware store in my neighborhood. read more

Jamie was extremely helpful in the garden area, helping me set up my flower boxes. She had my best interest in mind by helping me find beautiful, cost effective plants. Then I had a 100 more questions for things inside that she continued to help me with. It was like having my own personal shopper! They had EVERYTHING I needed and more. I live in the area and was so anticipating the arrival of the new "Beverly's Ace Hardware! I have continued to stop in even though their prices are extremely high, and the owners seem to be very distant when approached. I excused it as they clearly were not from around here and didn't know how the folks around here all know each other. I like their collection of yard ornaments and at Christmas they had Disney ornaments that were nowhere else to be found. From talking to the community where I've lived in for the last 63 years, I've found that I'm not the only one who has not been well received. I paid them to pick up my lawn mower for a tune up , bought an expensive weed eater, 20 bags of mulch and some potting soil last Wednesday. They said they would pick up by my lawn lower on Friday. I asked for a refund on Tuesday of the following week as they didn't come or call. I'm so disappointed in this new group of people that own and are running this store. Could've been such a great thing fir our community. read more

Tried to get a Generator worked on there. Had to take it back twice against my better judgement. They charged me for 2 diagnostic services and still just began swapping parts. still didn't fix it. I called back and they said they would have to start over and charge another diagnostic fee! talked to the manager and got no where. They definitely don't stand by their work and apparently can't fix anything beyond changing a spark plug. read more

I recently needed some yeti supplies and looked on amazon. I decided to call to this Ace and see what they had in stock. They offered free delivery and I had my yeti within 2 hours instead of two days! Awesome customer service! read more
