The Kaytee coupon only says it cannot be used with any other coupon excluding Rewards - stated on the coupon I received from Ace. When I asked why they sent me all these coupons, the responses was to keep me coming back. Thanks for your honesty, but your refusal to honor the manufacturer coupon ensures my business will go to the Ace Hardware on Brown's Bridge Road. This is not the first time Lakeside Ace Home & Hardware have argued against honoring manufacturers coupons. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. I had a terrifying moment and when I mentioned this to the lady at the register, all she said was that the dog does this sometimes. The title of this business is misleading. While they do have a large selection of windows and doors…read moreand other building supplies, most of their really cheap stuff is surplus that is stacked outside in the weather. It's only a few hundred dollars cheaper than retail, and most of it has some damage, bugs and debris and has been sitting in the weather outside. It's not stored properly. secondly, if you buy something that is "brand new but not used surplus, it's actually not much cheaper than Home Depot and it has no return policy. We bought a door and a window that cost us almost $2000. It was literally only a couple hundred dollars than Home Depot. we called them one business day later and said we needed to return the window because it was not gonna work. They would not allow us to return a brand new window that we had just bought one business day earlier. They did offer a store credit, but what good is that when you have a window that you cannot use? buyer beware. I would not buy anything from these people.
