I'm rating a 2 only because I don't know what their actual work is like but I was slightly upset…read morewith Frost Fix when I had an emergency need to get a refrigerator fixed and I had called upon Frost Fix and another company. The original company I asked said they could not be there till Saturday (a day later) and if they wanted to get to the parts store that they would need to go to the parts store that day (Friday) to make sure they got the right parts. I then said I'm going to shop around and I'll call you back. I called Frost Fix at around 9am on Friday telling them I needed the refrigerator fixed, they asked me my address and number and then they gave me a time frame for THAT day Friday 4-6pm! I was relieved because that means I could get the refrigerator fixed same day! Well come 5pm I call Frost Fix and ask "Hey just checking on a time you would arrive?" And they stated that the location was way to far and they would not be coming out there. So at that point I had wasted the whole day and I could no longer call the other company to come Saturday since they were booked up at that point. I guess my point is, if you say you will be at a place please be there. When a customer shops around they are looking at a few things, timing, price, and quality of work. When you say you will be at a place you need to really make sure you can make it. Because there are other companies in the area that a person can call and if you state to a customer you will be there, they expect you to do so. Please just be more vigilant about that in the future. I cannot comment on the craftsmanship or quality of this companies work though.

Wow... here's a cool update…read more The "fix" that Good Hands did on my refrigerator/freezer didn't work completely, so I called Alpha & Omega to fix it right. The guy came today and found that the guy from the other place didn't go far enough with his fix, but wasn't 100% off, either. He went the rest of the way to clear the problem, and was done within an hour. When I asked what the bill was, the repairman stated that his office told him that due to the mix-up before with the other company that this fix was "on the house". What a great company!!!

That evaluation was part of several issues that led me to run away from a money-trap property. Eventually, I found a home to purchase and have used Kennon for HVAC work since. My AC decided it was time for a stunt in the middle of the hottest week of the summer on July 3rd. Kennon was running holiday hours and staff for the weekend, not surprisingly, but they still managed to work me in and quickly replaced the capacitor. Christopher was quick and very kind.

When we called to ask more questions regarding possible repair versus replacement we never received a call back. Thank goodness for YouTube. We were able to fox on our own, but I would not recommend. It seems like they just want to collect a diagnostic fee and then disappears.
