My refrigerator was not repaired and my dryer part was not ordered as they told me it was unavailable. I expressed my concerns to the company. My view is they got paid, moved on to another service call opportunity (with a new fee) and I have the impression "they don't care about customers." I don't consider the employee I talked with on the phone as professional... look at the photo of a "piece of tape which was the repair of a dryer button." Question...would you be satisfied? I was told they could not get the part (Kenmore Dryer) because it was unavailable. They advertise on the Internet as working on the Kenmore brand. I contacted two places which had the part in stock. I called them to have someone come out because my two toilets would not flush and my kitchen sink…read morewouldn't drain properly. They were able to repair the issue however, I was told that I would not be charged for them snaking the drain. They had to turn the water off during the repair process and when they turned it back on, they proceeded to use the outside spigot to make sure the water was flowing. The spigot broke when they attempted to turn it on (the house is older but the spigot was working fine beforehand) and they had to replace it. I received the bill a week or so after they had been out and they had charged me for the spigot that they broke. I called the next day and explained that I had no problem paying for what they came out to do but I was not paying for the spigot they broke when it was working fine before. I didn't hear back for a month until I received another bill for the same amount and I called again explaining a second time that I was more than willing to pay for what I called them out to fix but that they broke the spigot and I wasn't paying for that. The lady in the office emailed me the next day and after some conversation back and forth, she sent me a revised bill. When I opened the attachment and saw the new amount I owed, it was more than the first bill. They had taken the spigot off and added snaking the drain when I was told they wouldn't charge me for that. I think that's ridiculous and I absolutely don't agree with paying for something they broke or something that they plainly told me I wouldn't be charged for!

Fast forward 5 months and I'm still waiting for them to finish the job. Now they have stopped returning my messages and emails. I ended up contacting another company last week who came out that week and did an excellent job. Stay away from this company.
