If you're looking for something like a drill,an air compressor, or any large purchase like that yes you'll get a good deal on it, but in my experience, I've learned that it doesn't last that long. You're better off going to Lowe's and buying a good quality power tool rather than spending the money here. The staff here is incredibly nice, and they seem to know where everything is. They do have some really good sales on a lot of stuff so this place is definitely worth checking out if you're looking to increase your tool collection.

I've gone back and forth about making this review. However, it's really bothering me so it feels…read morenecessary. Yesterday around 11:30am my partner and I went to the Lowe's on Lexington road to pick up some paint for a project I am currently working on, as well as a few other miscellaneous items. While I was waiting at the paint desk to be helped, I noticed that the attendant, Carrie, was becoming more and more agitated by another guest. There was an older woman also buying paint at the same time as me, but was unfamiliar with the different types of paint (i.e., satin, gloss, semi-gloss, etc) and was asking the attendant several questions. The older woman was incredibly polite, soft spoken, and just simply did not understand how each one differed. It was Carrie's responsibility to answer this nice older ladies questions, as she was the only attendant working at the paint station while we were both standing there. Instead, Carrie was incredibly rude and condescending towards the older lady. She repeatedly got an attitude with her, telling her to come over to different sides of the station - rather than just politely asking her to. Not only that, but at one point Carrie actually came over to where I was standing, rolled her eye, and stated that she "was about to freak the F out on that lady".. she was speaking directly to me - about another customer who was within earshot. It was incredibly uncalled for, out of pocket, and made me feel so uncomfortable. I really hope that Carrie was just having an off day, and this is not a repeated behavior. The older woman absolutely did not deserve that treatment, and honestly neither did I as another guest. I quickly got my paint and left the store. However, I will say that the paint I got was perfect. So props to Carrie for coding it right. I am excited to use it on my project. The lady working the self check out stands, whose name I was unable to get, was also extremely lovely. We walked up with only a few items and she said "do yall want me to spoil you today, or do you want to do it yourselves?" She also made an effort to crack jokes with us while we were checking out, and stepped away from another employee just to say goodbye to us. Her behavior was the polar opposite of what we had just experienced and is the reason why we continue to shop at the Lexington Road Lowe's. Employees such as this one make each individual customer feel valued and appreciated, which is such a relief.
