Purchased a nightstand and a dresser, which were delivered at different times. The nightstand was mishandled by the delivery driver and I made the store aware right away. Basically, I either have to pick the heavy item up to haul to the warehouse as it weighs a ton or just deal with new, broken furniture. Next, the dresser was delivered and I then decided to use the Task Rabbit service to assemble, which was an added expense. The technician found broken parts on a dresser I waited 6-8 weeks for. I was super excited aboit my vanity dresser and would be great if I would be able to actually use the vanity top 2 drawers, but looks like I am stuck with another heavy item. Customer service finally reached out, as I was told they would have reached out shortly after the Jan 2026 nightstand delivery, but that didn't not happen. Fast forward to this weekend with my Task Rabbit expert who tried to make the best out of it all (would hire him again). I will never by from this company again, I feel like there is no one that can help. Please take this as a warning. I am not the type to return anything, would have simply had a great experience if I purchased used, damaged furniture, but I spent money for damaged new furniture. Sad, as they have really cool options, but be prepared to pick your favorite drawer, as you will only have a few that work! End result will cause a headache.
