This store is all about big bold pieces that make a statement. It is the type of store one would visit if decorating an estate. Some of the items are rather tasteful while others will remind you of Bollywood or Vegas. Many of the pieces remind me of Middle Eastern Decor and will set you back a penny. They had a full sized butler with tray for $800. A simple chest with three drawers will set you back approximately $1700 and prices go up from there. This store also holds auctions so that you can bid on various items for sale. The good news: looking is free!

When I explained that I didn't plan to pay $10,000 for furniture less than 2 years ago and then pay to repair it because of the quality they asked me if I stored the furniture outdoors or if I brought it inside. Well of course I stored it outdoor it is outdoor furniture. Their website clearly states the furniture is remarkably resistant to sun, rain, heat and cold. Very disappointed!! They talked me into the high end fabric for wear. it has pilled, looks dirty and worn out and the cushions are awful as they do not keep their shape. They offered me the "Gleener" which DOES NOT work on this fabric and denied any remedy after several calls which I find to be unacceptable. Customer service has done nothing but bounce me around. They scheduled us for a floor installation that should have take two days but actually took two weeks to complete. They lied about the workers working on the weekends which they did not. We took off time from work for the two day scheduled time and thought whatever was not finished would be completed on the weekend. We was wrong, they didn't work on weekends and started mid morning and was ready to leave at 6pm due to a long drive. After complaining to the supervisor of Floor and Decor installation he gave excuses about why they didn't send out a full crew at the start of the project and switched up crews in the middle of the project. Our house was a mess for two weeks behind this nonsense. The tile work is good and they missed the place behind the water heater which the supervisor had to come in and finish. It was awful just awful. I can strongly recommend Floor and Decor for your tile selections but by no means should anyone use their installation service. It is the worst. They should just hire independent contractors that maybe more reliable. Never again will we use the installation services it isn't worth the headache.
