Every single member of the Cabinet Wholesalers family (it really does feel like a family) have diligently worked to make us feel welcome, offer useful and constructive advice, and help us enhance and improve our business model. In particular, Spencer Ripley has gone out of his way to offer support, encouragement, hands on guidance, and training. To be honest I am still stunned at the level of support offered by Spencer and his team. Spencer has personally: #1) Met one on one with my partner/wife Marva and I to review our business model and needs (two hours on a Saturday). #2) Provided hundreds of dollars in samples and supplies. #3) Gave us (GAVE US!) a 12' display for the upcoming Cobb Galleria Home Show. #4) Set up and participated in a training class at Cabinet Wholesalers Inc. in Jasper to help us better transition to our new product offerings. After that meeting Spencer literally worked hand in hand with us to finalize our plans for the Home Show. #5) Delivered the display and a bunch of other materials and supplies to the Home Show. Helped set up the display and than worked the Home Show for two of three days. #6) Came back to the Galleria after the show ended to help me break down the display (at 8:00PM Sunday night on his only day off). #7) Drove to Alabama to be a part of our Welbourne Cabinets class room training in Alabama. #8) Provided a list of seven (#7) cabinet installers that he personally had worked with or knew of. We hired two of these people and couldn't be happier with the quality of their work. Spencer did all of these things and we had not purchased even one cabinet from him. Last night Marva and I closed our first Welbourne kitchen sale. Additionally, we have wrapped a full JSI kitchen and vanity sale as well. We loved the unique Christmas decorations on artfully decorated trees. We saw interesting one of a kind clothing, with one favorite - a woman's long sleeve tee with what looks like hand drawn art of a VW Bug with a Christmas tree. We saw sofas and side chairs, pillows and mugs. Prices were low to high depending on your taste and the item's craftsmanship. Everything was entrancing. While we browsed, we found the perfect doormat for our friends - Welcome! The good kind of weird lives here. Should we return to Ball Ground, we'll return to Southern Provisions.

I went specifically to get some rubber stall mats. They didn't have the exact item in the store as was shown online but they had the same size, weight, and price. I got the 4x3 ft mat for $27.99. Paid at the front register and went with my car toward the gate in the back so that they could get loaded in my car. Cole, Chad, and another employee were really helpful and friendly.

She rolled her eyes at me, let out an exasperated sigh, and called someone over the speaker. I relayed this story to my father, who said "Yeah, she's been that way for years. Probably related to the owner. I've been sending my clients to [a competitor] for the past 3 years, because it's not worth spending $300 per trip, to be treated like you're inconveniencing the company." Everyone on the floor was nice and helpful, but I'll go elsewhere moving forward, especially given that the lack of polite customer service tends to be well known in the community.

We found an old dried out can in the basement and took it to the store. Chaz said he could not guarantee the color match since the color on the walls might have faded and the paint changes over the years. BUT he was WRONG!! The color and paint were so perfect we were able to touch up spots on all our walls and I cannot tell where we touched up and where the original paint starts. FANTASTIC and I am so happy with the results!!! PS we had color matches from Lowes and Home Depot which were Okay but still too shiny, very disappointed. Should have gone to SW to begin with!!
