I didn't receive a greeting, but the staff could barely see who was coming and going. After a small delay, I was able to make my request. The lady helping me was pleasant and efficient. She asked me a few questions to ensure I was getting the right type of paint for the job I was completing. The staff did well considering the crowd they had at the time I arrived.

I was the only customer, there were about 5 employees there. 4 employees were talking in a room and not one came to ring up my purchase, in fact one man said to me that they were busy, I said what, he said we are discussing something just go home. We'll my tempers hot so I told him what I thought and all of them laughed!!!!! In my life I have never seen such blatant disregard for the customer or the business owner you work for. I feel sorry for the owner all of his employees stood by and allowed it to happen.

We found an old dried out can in the basement and took it to the store. Chaz said he could not guarantee the color match since the color on the walls might have faded and the paint changes over the years. BUT he was WRONG!! The color and paint were so perfect we were able to touch up spots on all our walls and I cannot tell where we touched up and where the original paint starts.
