The staff at this Home Depot deserve a raise! We visited in the Sunday afternoon before Memorial Day and not 1 or even two staff members asked us if we needed help. Also we chose their loading service for some bags of her gravel and the guys doing the loading we awesome! Very friendly and efficient. The inventory is pretty good but the costumer service is lacking. Mainly the front end. Lack of supervision and training.

Dianne was just too busy to help us out at self checkout talking to her friends catching up didn't want to notice multiple waiting customers. Bought some window blinds from them 3 years ago. I had a couple of slats that got messed up and I was going to just replace the broken slats. There were a couple of demonstrations on You-Tube how you could easily do this job yourself. I was extremely surprised and shocked when I found out they could not help order slats. They pretty much shrugged their shoulders and said I was on my own. I learned the hard way not to order things from the big box companies that they will install for you. I went to Lowes also and at least they tried a little to help but could not do anything. Live and learn. read more

So I walked into home depot looking for some indoor plants and was helped out by a lovely lady working for the plant vendor but not the home depot. I walked around to look at some tools and came back to find the "manager" trish or Trisha being completely out of line with her....I was a bystander and it made me uncomfortable. She was very unkind to customers as well. This left a very bad taste in my mouth. How can someone who is supposed to be a "manager" be such a bad person. Hopefully when I return to this store she will either not be there or something but she is not a good manager. read more

Worst experience ever. Even though the sales people were nice, once that sale was made there was zero follow through. The delivery service delivered two out of three of my large appliances severely damaged. When I finally got a refrigerator and paid for an install after waiting for over a month and half, they didn't even bother to peel the plastic wrap off correctly. When I call the store to ask for help they say they will call me back and then they don't. read more
