When I mentioned that I had purchased another gift item for my sister from a local store, Honeysuckle Florist offered to stop by the other business, pick up the item, and deliver it to my sister when delivering the flowers. Low EndFlorist with High End prices. My husband spent $100 for what was supposed to be an anniversary bouquet with Roses and alstroemerias . What we received was the little sweetheart roses not regular roses that you would of course thought came in an Anniversary bouquet for 100 $ ! Average cost for the bunch (10 stems) of roses 23$ and alstroemeria $14 the fill they use is leather leaf that's 10$ a bunch and they used 5 pieces . So their cost is 42 !!! To be fair it came with a 6 piece box of chocolates so throw in another 6$ and a plain glass vase that would not stand up , it had a bubble imperfection on the bottom cost 2$ So, total cost $50 Customer satisfaction 0 , read more

So if you check, I do not post a lot of reviews. However, Honeysuckle is well worth a posting. I live out of the state of Georgia, so Honeysuckle is my go to for Jasper flowers and plants. They are kind, responsive and caring. They have always provided wonderful flowers when needed. Just sent a Mother's Day wrist corsage and the receiver reports that it is lovely. I called on a Saturday around 1pm to order flowers for my mother's birthday the following Monday. The cutoff time for Saturday delivery said 2pm on the website but they had already gone that day. Not to worry because we were early for a Monday delivery on the big day itself... Monday came and went with no delivery. After hearing that my mother didn't receive anything, I called to resolve the issue on Tuesday and there was no record of my order with those in the shop. The sales assistant, who was very helpful said she not there on Saturday, apologized and offered to make a late delivery with a 15% discount. To me this is not going to make up for the missed occasion. On the assistant's suggestion, I left my number for the owner to call me back. When Brenda, the owner, returned to the shop, she did call and I immediately recognized her distinctive voice from Saturday, when she had taken my order and had described in detail how to find my mother's street in Big Canoe. However, when I explained what had happened the problem got much worse: Brenda said she didn't know who took my order and sometimes that employees can be forgetful and were not always honest...Indeed! I knew that this was the same woman who took my order on Saturday and told her as much, kind of reminding her of our conversation in a friendly way. She doubled down and placed the blame on her employees, clearly not telling the truth herself. She offered to take 30% off the order, but it didn't sound like they could get the arrangement together until the following day, two days after the occasion. By dealing directly with this small shop instead of going through one of the big websites I thought, incorrectly, that I would get something more special. Instead we ended up with nothing. We went on Saturday to order flowers for my mother's funeral. I wanted a closed heart with roses. They only has an open heart. When the arrangement came it looked round. The banner was hardly readable. My friends ordered their arrangements and they all came within an hour of the funeral. One arrangement was so late they went ahead and put it,in the flower truck. I paid 165 dollars for my arrangement that looked like a circle rather than a heart. I won't use this florist again. read more

I recently ordered flowers for a friend that had been going through a difficult time with his father's health issues. I originally had ordered the flowers to be sent to his home on a Monday and over the weekend my friend's father passed away. The Honeysuckle florist called me the morning of the delivery to ask me if I would rather have the flowers delivered to the funeral home instead. I said that would be great and they even told me that the price was less and that they would incorporate that cost into the arrangement if I was okay with it. I'm still quiet confused over the previous review. I have worked with this Florist for 16 years. I did not design this order but I have reviewed it in detail. The purchaser placed the order online (we never spoke to him directly). Our website is operated through Teleflora, one of our wire services, and the order was for a Teleflora arrangement that consisted of spray roses, alstroemerias and greenery in a clear glass vase. The arrangement details are shown on the website and states the above description. At no point does it say standard roses, it specifically states spray roses. We filled the order per teleflora recipes plus added extra stems beyond what the recipe specified. The order also included a box of chocolates, delivery fee and sales tax. The above reviewer stated during a phone conversation with one of our employees that the order should have been for regular roses. However, after trying repeatedly to explain to her, that is not what was ordered ,she said that the purchaser "her husband" was a man and didn't really know what he was getting even though it says what flowers are in the arrangement on the website. Again, we never spoke to him and had no reason to think that he wanted anything other than what was ordered. In regards to the vase "tipping over", the flowers were arranged and delivered with no "tipping" problems. We were unaware of any imperfection in the glass but if recipient so desires then we could replace that vase. Lastly, in regards to the photo, this is not what the arrangement looked like when delivered. Arrangement are made in a vase, however, if they are moved to another vase they must be rearranged to keep their designed look. As you can see, these were not rearranged/redesigned. The recipient has stated that the flowers were $100 but this is also incorrect as the arrangement total was $84.95. Then there was an added box of chocolates which was $9.99 (the total cost of the box we sent was $12.29). I just feel it fair for all information to be present in this situation. read more
