Returns were rejected because not all items were listed on the receipt from this specific store, therefore I was told I have to drive 7 miles to another store to return the items. It is 2018, at Home Depot will return my items that have a history tied to the purchasing credit card at any stores nationwide, it's evident Sherwin-Williams needs to get with the times! For a nation wide brand to expect their customers to do the legwork in a competitive world such as this, they are clearly losing customers! Home Depot just earned ALL of my future paint business! I've been frequenting the store at this location since they opened, and the guy I hired to paint my entire downstairs with 20 ft ceilings and was happy he chose SW paint. I went to this store yesterday, and Kyle is a joy to behold. He was knowledgable, professional and helped me take out my 6 gallon cans, additional quart and supplies to my car. My first visit here the staffers were helpful and recommended options that would help me save time in finishing my project. Of course it resulted in an additional $60 spent but when the Pro gives a recommendation, you at least consider it! In total I spent about $150 more than the big box stores. I had a custom color match of a new product that seemed perfect when I left the store but to my surprise the color was about 2-3 shades darker than the sample I got from here just a day before. The person on staff was not so happy about my return and it showed, but I was refunded my money and that's all I wanted. If you're going to give recommendations, especially custom color recommendations...be prepared to support the result of your recommendations. Next time, I will just pass on the 'Pro's' perspective and stick with my own!

I have loved Sherwin Williams for ten years and am enjoying getting to know this location since I…read moremoved to Woodstock in May. It's a newer store, so I enjoy the additional square footage and space for all their great products and samples. (Plus, space is a particularly nice bonus in the times of social distancing.) An associate also did an excellent job color matching a paint swatch for me. I have a good eye for color, and I would call the color match as perfect as we could get. My only con is that when I first came to the store (in May or June?) no one on staff was wearing a mask. I think that may have changed since then but the social distancing measures in place feel a little clumsy. (For example, the card reader is on a separate little counter, but they always ask that I hand them my card.) I still like this store but wish that safety was more of a priority.
