I work in Acworth and get off at 5PM so I called the store and spoke to a female who ensured me that the door would be open until 6PM. I left a few minutes early from work to secure my arrival time. I arrived at 5:50PM and walked into a frantic gentleman trying to dwindle down a 5 person line. He ended up locking the door at 5:56PM stating, "if he didn't he would be there until 7PM". I was the last in line. Once he got to me he asked if I knew FOR CERTAIN what I needed and I told him I was there to pick up my order #12137324. He QUICKLY instructed me that the order was not made and that I would have to return tomorrow. I told him that I received a confirmation email over an hour ago and sprinted there after work. He stated that there is nothing he can do because the girl that left him there alone never made my order and I would have to come back tomorrow. I asked for a refund and was told that the order does not actually charge my card until they initial the sale in the computer, which they had not done. He ensured me that he would cancel my order first thing in the morning. So now I am left with no paint samples, no more $10 off code for signing up, and time to make up at work for leaving early. I would like to know why there was an email sent to me when my order was never touched. Also, I would to get my $10 off coupon back. I will be ordering from another store who will hopefully do their job correctly.

First, the hours on yelp, Google and even Waze are incorrect. This store closes at 6 pm daily, not…read more7pm as it states. I left work early today and drove 45 minutes out of my way to get here by 6:15, which the store had already closed. I had called 4 times throughout the day to confirm times and also to answer questions about anything I needed to bring with me, but was unable to ever speak with someone over the phone. We are getting ready to paint the interior and exterior of a 3000'ft home. And unfortunately, simply due to their hours of operation, I'm going to have to take business elsewhere. Very disappointed in this, as I had heard great things. As a small business owner myself, I understand the importance of cutting costs by shortening hours of operation; however, please do your due diligence to let potential customers know! I wasted my time... nothing worse than that.

My rating is only for this location…read more There's a great chance I won't be back. My first visit here the staffers were helpful and recommended options that would help me save time in finishing my project. Of course it resulted in an additional $60 spent but when the Pro gives a recommendation, you at least consider it! In total I spent about $150 more than the big box stores. I had a custom color match of a new product that seemed perfect when I left the store but to my surprise the color was about 2-3 shades darker than the sample I got from here just a day before. The person on staff was not so happy about my return and it showed, but I was refunded my money and that's all I wanted. If you're going to give recommendations, especially custom color recommendations...be prepared to support the result of your recommendations. Next time, I will just pass on the 'Pro's' perspective and stick with my own!

It's a newer store, so I enjoy the additional square footage and space for all their great products and samples. (Plus, space is a particularly nice bonus in the times of social distancing.) An associate also did an excellent job color matching a paint swatch for me. I have a good eye for color, and I would call the color match as perfect as we could get. My only con is that when I first came to the store (in May or June?) no one on staff was wearing a mask. I think that may have changed since then but the social distancing measures in place feel a little clumsy. (For example, the card reader is on a separate little counter, but they always ask that I hand them my card.) I still like this store but wish that safety was more of a priority.
