I was particularly impressed by the tile work and paint job in the laundry room. I am very critical of paint jobs, and I was pleased that I didn't have to redo anything due to sloppiness. The kitchen cabinets were stock cabinets and were pretty much installed in a few days. Zeus was also accommodating to some last minute additions. All in all, I am very pleased and if we have anything else to do in the house, I'm calling them. I wish I had pictures, but we need to do some tidying up still before that happens.

We worked with a representative named Taylor who mentioned he was new, but the level of customer service we received was unacceptable. After making changes to our order changes that were clearly discussed an extra cabinet was sent by mistake. We also never received any layout instructions or dimensions for our contractor. We had to call multiple times before Taylor realized they had not been sent and finally emailed them. Additional items were added to our order without clear explanation, resulting in unexpected extra costs. The island was sent larger than ordered, and we were charged for it. Instead of receiving our sink, we received a box full of laminated flooring samples, which delayed our countertop measurements and installation. We were told we would be notified the moment the sink arrived to avoid further delays, but no one reached out. I called to follow up and was told it had already arrived. I ended up picking it up myself to prevent my contractor from being delayed even further. When I called to express my concerns, I was told the only compensation offered would be a $50 discount. Due to these delays, my contractor is still unable to complete my backsplash installation. On top of everything, the store refused to take back the unnecessary extra cabinet because my contractor assembled it despite the fact that it was sent due to their mistake. I truly dislike leaving negative reviews, but this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I've had with any store. I will also be contacting your corporate office regarding this matter.

They then sent us the most incompetent installers that did not know what they were doing and damaged a wall and our new hardwood flooring. Cabinets had to moved several times because of their incompetence. Neither L... or Cabinets To Go is taking any responsibility for the disappointment, frustration and anger that we have had to experience. Stay away from this store. I did a review on the BBB and saw that they have numerous complaints and have a "F" rating.

There was a high top bar that I needed lowered and the fireplace needed to be resurfaced. I reached out to FD remodeling and Diego came out and gave me an estimate. Once we started the remodel process everything was super easy and straightforward. The team did a great job on the work and even touched up the paint in some areas and hung a new light that I ordered. When I had a question about a gap between the waterfall and the wall, they immediately addressed it and the work is seamless - you can't even tell it's a false wall! The team also did a great job cleaning up after themselves each day when they left - they didn't leave so much as a speck of dust behind. I am in love with my new kitchen.

All issues that arose were dealt with promptly and to the satisfaction of all. The property they renovated was 50 years old, yet they were able to meld old with new and preemptively replace infrastructure that was overdue for failure along the way at a lower cost. They have stood behind their work, even helping us to identify a problem that was unrelated to anything they did at no charge at a later time. We highly recommend!

Anyways, I usually don't gush about a service provider but this team went above and beyond. So I guess I felt compelled to do the same. Highly recommend BA. They didn't have the exact part I needed, but the employees were genuinely friendly and took the time to talk through what I was trying to accomplish. They explained that certain sink components are difficult to find individually because they typically only come with the sink itself or as part of the original installation kit. Unfortunately, the only way their available options would have worked was if I purchased an entirely new sink. Even though I didn't leave with the part, I appreciated that they pointed me toward another store that might have it and didn't try to upsell me unnecessarily. Solid customer service and knowledgeable staff, even when the answer wasn't what I hoped for.

Retail hardware stores and even online, the part I needed wasn't readily available. Everyone had an assembly that required much more work on my part that the job didn't call for. Finally found it at Ferguson's! They were fast and fairly priced. Their retail price is higher than online, as it's based on volume. Very happy they ordered the exact part for me, instead of an entire assembly like hardware stores. Fixed it in about 5 minutes and the ankle biter is no more! + Ambiance is clean, well-organized plumbers' dream garage. This is NOT a retail shop. All but me were plumbers in line picking up their orders. +++ Everything plumbing is sold here from gleaming faucets to tiny gaskets.
