While our sales representative was very nice. We spent well over $1000 on cushions alone. About 3 weeks after we got them home. 2 of them started to rip in the stitching. They sent them off to just be restiched. They told us 2 weeks. Then in 2 weeks they said another 2 weeks. These cushions were on a covered screen in porch. They were not in the weather. They send all of there furniture elsewhere to be made, and that company is not looking good in my eyes. As a business owner. Customer service is key! I have had a bad experience!!! I am very pleased with the furniture I bought at this store. It is exactly what I was looking for and looks good in my house. I didn't mind waiting for a long time for it to be delivered since the store explained the delay was due to Covid. I bought a love seat, a chair and a rocker. Unfortunately the two men that came to deliver the furniture refused to wear a mask and after arguing, left the furniture outside my house while it was raining and took off. My husband could not help because he has mobility issues so I had to ask my neighbors to help carry the pieces into the house. Before calling my neighbors I called the store and the manager wouldn't get on the phone but after calling several times, while my furniture was getting wet, he offered to come after the store closed which was a long time. I give 4 stars for the furniture but 2* for customer service. Too bad since this was witnessed by other people. read more

We really appreciated the very helpful staff, everything from sales to pick up went very smoothly. Lisa was very helpful and prompt with answering all of our questions. We love our new patio set , it is perfect for our enclosed porch. We picked up the set ourselves and Eddie was very helpful in loading everything into our truck , the warehouse is very easy to find. Lisa gave us a map which worked out beautifully. The set was packaged perfectly and safely, therefore no damage at all. On Friday, 7/23/21 I went into Georgia Patio Cobb Pl Ln located in Kennesaw to purchase an accessory for my Big Green Egg. I was greeted by a non-white gentlemen at the front desk and was directed where I needed to be to find my item. As I'm walking towards the item, another man in a black polo (staff) looked at me but did not offer any assistance. I found the pizza stone, but had questions. Another salesperson walks to the back with a white customer continuing his sales pitch. I waited patiently as they both walked towards the front. Neither one of the sales person's acknowledged my presence. Both men came back with the lady, continuing conversation with her. Still no acknowledgement. I looked at the product and began to google another source for my purchase. As I'm walking away, the man in the black polo say's "Oh did you need some help"? I replied, "not anymore". (Really I thought). Before I walked out of the front door, I stopped by the front desk to expressed my displeasure at the LACK of customer service that I perceived due to the color of my skin. It became obvious that I was not valued although my money is just as green. I will never shop or spend one dime with this company and I plan to tell everyone I know not to as well. I was sold a defective pool chair. I called to get a replacement and I was transferred to the returns Representative Lisa. Lisa was combative and very unpleasant to work with. She was reluctant to return the defective item and told me I was not filling the chair properly with water. I explained that was not the issue and it was warped on the back of the chair. The chair was replaced however I will never purchase again from this store. Lisa provided a horrible experience for us. read more

I've been a customer of Georgia Patio for roughly three years and have spent a few thousands on patio furniture and this is the first time that I've received bad customer service from Matt (the manager). I called to complain about the quality of the recent covers for our furniture that we purchased two weeks ago because our pillows are now getting SOAKED when it rains, and he was very rude and inconsiderate!! Totally unacceptable!!! I'm not sure what's going on, but he should be appreciating any business during these times. I will never purchase anything else from them!!! read more

When we informed the sales associate that we were in need of pillows and cushions for our patio furniture he asked if the furniture was fully exposed to the elements. We said no, he then recommended that we shop at Home Goods and said they had throw pillows on sale and led us to the sale items. He assumed that we could/would not pay for what he was selling. We came into the store fully understanding the types of fabrics and quality pieces the store carries with interest in purchasing. Never assume a customer's needs or wants and their ability to afford what you are selling. Won't go back. read more

Purchased a $2500 Napoleon Prestige-PRO grill. All I can say is BUYER BEWARE. It was a phone transaction and I've never had my CC run through so fast. Then it took twice as long to receive the grill as originally promised after multiple follow-ups with Georgia Patio (GP). In use we have experienced inconsistent hot-spots. When I questioned this with GP, they IMMEDIATELY told me to contact the factory. So, GP took my money and then left me on my own when we had problems. Contacted the factory, in Canada, and learned quite a bit. 1) Napoleon has NO FACTORY AUTHORIZED repair centers in the USA. 2) Their customer service person informed me that their grill was designed to be run on HIGH only with the LID CLOSED. I think I bought an oven. 3) I was finally able to get my issue elevated but only by researching the name of their CEO and emailing him directly (customer service refused to provide that info). 4) In the end, Napoleon says my grill is within spec. If I had to do it over again, and really wanted a Napoleon grill, I would buy it from a big box home center and at least be assured that they would back up the purchase. Their receipts do not say NO REFUNDS on them. read more

Georgia Patio has a large selection of outdoor furniture, however they do not carry a large inventory. We wanted to purchase a table and 4 chairs. We would told it would take 4 or 5 weeks. We did not want to wait that long. The manager agreed to make phone calls and deliver in 2 weeks. It is now 4 weeks and no definite delivery date as yet. I hate being lied to in order to make a sale. The sales associate implied that the items in "his" store were too much above my price point and that I should shop elsewhere. He was rude, condescending and lost a potential big sales order. They have answered numerous questions and left me alone when I said "still just looking". After several visits the first year I bought a Fire Table and love it. The rest of the store is dedicated to outdoor furniture (duh...it is GA Patio). The variety is nice and I seem to always have a look at whats new since my last visit.
