George is very laid back, and answers even questions I didn't know I had. His input was very valuable for me to choose the right vanity, size, color etc. The fact that it's a small business was very valuable to me. Both George and his wife Ada, had ample time to sit with me and provide the information I needed to make a good choice. I was a little worried about paying for the vanity before it being delivered.( they do have lots of exact examples for you to see however) However for anyone worried about that....put your worries aside. George delivered it for FREE....safely and without a spot on it. We had even agreed on him installing it...but rain and our schedules interrupted it, so I had my contractor install it. Overall good experience with George and Ada. Their price was very competitive with surrounding businesses. But their ability to deliver the product, their ability to provide very personal/informative interactions , and their non-pushy approach sets them apart. I wish them all the best!

However, when our foreman sent us to MC Granite, I started to get excited. The selection available was beautiful and affordable! Cynthia was our sales rep and she was fun to work with and helped us make the right choices for my family's needs. Not only that, but she had such compassion and consideration for our circumstances. I was super grateful for the support she provided and she helped me navigate avoiding a decision I would have hated by showing us the actual slab of material. The installation was smooth and it looks lovely in our new space! We get to move in shortly and it's weird to be excited about countertops... but they do feel like a showstopper piece and I'm so grateful for Cynthia and the team at MC Granite helping us make our house a home.

After so many issues, I shared with them my concerns and they admitted fault and reduced the bill some. I have never written a review before for a product or company (good or bad), but I do not want anyone to suffer this type of customer service that I encountered at MC Granite.
