The sales team, especially Brian Wheeler was also fantastic and followed up before and after the install. I would recommend using bath fitter for anyone looking for a new and beautiful bathroom/tub/shower. I'm really happy with the whole experience. Thanks bath fitter!

He did a fantastic job of putting in our new bathtub liner, keeping us apprised of the process and explaining how best to maintain the liner. Fredrick gets five stars from us. Now for the couple issues. The first liner was the wrong size, so a replacement needed to be ordered. This was mildly frustrating because of the delay, but not the real reason I docked a star. That star was docked because of the financing through Wells Fargo. I misunderstood how it worked and had the most infuriating experience getting my questions answered. Wells Fargo was no help at all (seriously, they'll make you wish you used a loan shark instead). Tim, our Bath Fitter salesperson, was great at first, but ghosted me when I had questions about the financing. Crystal and Maureen in the Norcross office were helpful, though, and the matter was finally resolved after three frustrating days. At the end of the day, we're happy with our bathtub liner and would recommend Bath Fitter for anyone considering getting one. It looks great and is a more affordable alternative to replacing the existing bathtub. Just be sure to ask a lot of follow-up questions regarding the financing (e.g., Is a down payment required? How is this credit accessed once approved?) during the initial meeting with the salesperson, as the answers are a lot harder to get once you sign on the dotted line.

Absolute best experience from the initial contact to the completed job! Shanta was fabulous to work…read morewith, she listened and went above and beyond on every detail! We needed the job done quickly and she not only made sure it was done quick, it was done right and stayed on budget! Highly highly recommend Shanta for any of your cabinet and countertop needs! I would give 10 stars if I could!

IF YOU DON'T KNOW YOUR PRODUCT, PERHAPS YOU ARE IN THE WRONG BUSINESS!…read more I overhear a conversation that my husband is having with one of the salesman and it is not going well. My husband asks about the weight capacity of their cabinets and the guy steps away to ask a colleague, (strike 1, he should know this). He then comes back and says 20 lbs when the standard is 70 lbs, so there is a problem here because either he thinks we are stupid and don't know the difference, he only pretended to ask the question or their cabinets are really that cheap, pick one. (Strike 2, just pathetic). He then asks why this even matters (Strike 3, ignorance and incompetence will never win my business). Despite this display of incompetence, my husband insists that we stop by the store while we were in the area. Okay, no problem because I made it clear that they were a non-factor for real. As we walk in, I notice that they have the exact same showroom that they had almost two years ago. Now it just looks dark, dated and off trend. As soon as I touch the cabinet door, I can feel the cheapness because these doors are obviously not framed, (for stability and structure), and are very flimsy. The shelves are equally flimsy and when you move the various components who can hear the cheapness as well. Just do your homework and make sure you know what constitutes quality and know what questions to ask. If you know more than the sales person or if they are not able to answer basic questions regarding industry standards, keep looking.
