My initial phone call to their office provided me with excellent information about the company, their products and their procedures of doing business. The sales consultant who came to my home was personable, thorough, and very knowledgeable about the product and my particular needs for changing my fiberglass tub to a walk-in shower. He took his time to explain the process and answered all of my questions. Installation was approximately 2 weeks later. The installers were friendly, professional and careful of my home during the demo of the old tub and installation of the new shower. I was very pleased with the Bath Fitter experience. I called to schedule and appointment and I was visited by our Bath Fitter Sales Rep Tim. Tim did an outstanding job explaining the jobs and the benefits of choosing Bath Fitter. Our Bath Fitter installer was Markerry and he did an amazing job with the installation of the tub/shower components. Markerry explained every aspect of the install, how long it would take and also did an excellent job cleaning up after the job was completed. Further Markerry went over in detail how to take care of the tub with the proper cleaners (and also what to NOT put in an acrylic tub). UPDATE: I had an unexpected crack form on the base of my Bath Fitter, so I contacted their office & Maureen was FANTASTIC...very understanding and helpful! Joshua Wheeler from Bath Fitters installed a custom tub over an existing tub. The installation went smoothly and fit perfectly. The tub looks great. I couldn't be happier. Joshua covered the floors and cleaned up when he was done. We had tried a paint-on coating to repair scratches on the existing tub but the coating came off while bathing. I have used Bath Fitters before so decided on that option. Bath Fitters is more expensive than paint-on solutions but I know it will last and it looks like a new high end tub. read more

Such a better job than those spray on epoxy companies. They did it in two steps; measure, and then the next guy comes out and fits everything. Very clean and fits exactly.
