Panda did such a great job from start to finish. We worked with Amy and she was very knowledgeable, understood exactly what we were looking for and made it happen. Install was smooth and easy. Don't come here unless you want a mess left behind like the pics you see attached. Negative stars for this company if I could, but Yelp makes you put one atleast. I know this is not normal bc I've done several house projects w Home Depot and they never leave the work site looking like a ongoing construction site. Karen Ballew, the sales agent assured me that they will do a good job (like a good salesman would of course), even told me to go buy a new faucet...then come to find out they don't even re-attach the new plumbing! That would've been important to include in our discussions. I had to hire a separate plumber to do that (and more money). When I called to complain about the horrible work (w pics sent), both Karen and Jimmy Lam (the manager) kept saying "it must be a miscommunication between you and the workers that were there. And it's your old counters fault." That's when I got fired up. They're trying to put the shotty work of their unskilled laborers on us! How dare they. The laborers speak Spanish, so how and why would I tell them to please do a crappy job on my new countertops and leave like a tornado just hit my kitchen?! They need to own it (like Boeing CEO owned up to their Max8 mistakes). That's how a respectable company operates. They need to take management 101 classes. I can't believe this company is still in business. Just demand to speak to the owner, David, if you have a problem. There's so many better cabinet and countertop companies out there. They were a little less expensive than Home Depot, but i'll never try to save a few dollars again. Worst work and customer service ever! Update (4/14/19): since complaints to the manager, Jimmy. I am so glad to have found Panda. I searched everywhere for a company to remodel my kitchen. Their prices are competitive and they are willing to go the extra mile for you. I met the manager/owner David. He was more than accommodating. The quality of the cabinets and granites here are great! The edges of granite were fabricated perfectly. They were exactly what I wanted. The outcome of the kitchen was very well done. The installers came in and did their jobs with no scratches and bumps along the way. Customer service is very good. I don't understand the reviews here that are talking about the bad customer service they received from them. The times I went to their showroom, I was treated with respect along with the other customers that were there. Not only will I recommend them to my friends and family, I plan to go to them again to update my rental home too. read more

I'm really impressed with my experience at Panda Granite. I found a gorgeous piece of granite on Craigslist. It was perfect for my basement kitchenette; however, it needed to be cut in half and a hole for the sink needed to be cutout. The company that provided the granite for my main kitchen countertops refused to cut the basement kitchenette granite (for fear of ruining it). The company kept trying to get me buy a remnant and quoted me over $700, for basically 70 linear inches to cover 2 base cabinets. No way Jose!!! I found Panda Granite and got in touch with David on a Friday. I believe David is the owner. Over the phone, he quoted me $8 per sq ft. I dropped off my slab the next day on a Saturday. David and one of his employees, Jimmy, were so nice and helpful. I stopped by on Monday to pick up the granite. Yes, 2 days later!! Best part is that it cost $144 for the whole transaction. This included one cut to chop it in half, one hole for the undercount sink, and one hole for the faucet I'm totally going to use Panda Granite when I update my bathrooms! read more

GREAT SHOWROOM, MATERIALS ARE CONVENIENTLY DISPLAYED! Panda is a great place to start if you are just interested in looking at showrooms and getting ideas about what you like. They have their products displayed throughout including the granite, quartz, accessories flooring and cabinets. I love the way the granite and sinks were displayed on pull-out slabs so that they were easily accessible. Although we were approached by an employee upon entering, we let him know that we were in the very preliminary stages of just looking at the various showrooms to get inspiration and find designs that we like. He politely allowed us to freely roam the various showrooms. I really liked how their showrooms were staged and the fact that they allowed us to freely look around and take photos. Even though we were unable to find a specific item of interest, we still enjoyed the tour. read more

I would strongly discourage to do business with Panda due to poor customer service. We shopped for cabinets and granite for our bathroom renovations here in late 2015/ early 2016 per recommendation of a close friend who had purchased cabinets from them a few years prior. Our first visit to the store went well. Upon our second visit to select a granite slab (we were told in our first visit we could pick remnants for our projects), the man who greeted us in the showroom told us that we had incorrect information from the sales representative that we met with during our first visit AND he yelled at us when we asked questions about the remnants and why that wasn't possible. We asked to speak with the manager and he told us that he was the manager. It was an extremely unfortunate experience because 1) we were ready to place an order that day and 2) we have several friends who were asking for our recommendations for cabinets and granite. I believe it is important to treat customers with respect. Never underestimate what connections your customers can bring to your business. read more

Fabulous result. Kenny took us to choose our quartz slab. The six installers were polite, cheerful and meticulous! The 8' X 5' solid maple counter they were replacing was measured by 3 people, including Kenny so the template was correct! The team measured an remeasured to center on all four sides. They involved me in placing the faucet, soap and hot water dispenser holes which I appreciate. They even brought the old counter to our woodworking next door neighbor with smiles on their faces! read more

Ask for Andrew Chu -- his attention to detail is very impressive. He's definitely the engineer type who is not exhausted by difficult problems; seems to, instead, thrive on them. Very humorous as well. I was jokingly offended by the references to "Lazy Susan" cabinets, so even on our drawings, Andrew put "Lazy Mary" in place of "Lazy Susan" where applicable. I would discourage anyone from using Panda because of their costumer service. Our transaction with Panda was fine up until installment. They outsource to different installers, and the installers they sent to our home caused an extreme amount of damage. They cut granite inside the house and did absolutely nothing to prep the area. Granite dust literally went everywhere: baby grand piano in the next room, ceilings, between wood floors, everywhere. Including our brand new soft-close kitchen cabinet drawers. (It now sounds like sandpaper grinding against each other when they open and close, and they no longer work properly). Large chunks of granite rock fell and dent/splintered inside one of the drawers. While installing the kitchen sink, his tool heavily scratched the inside of the cabinet door. It was obvious at this point they were trying to do a fast job. They left, and we noticed they completely missed cutting an edge. (All the corners were round except one edge. It was left sharp and cornered). We called Panda and explained to them what had just happened with the installers...We were really taken back at the lack of response. The employee was beyond rude. No apologies, no "we'll make sure we fix this" nothing. We pretty much got a "too bad, they already left so there's nothing we can do". We were extremely surprised; especially after having a seemingly nice transaction with them while spending thousands of dollars on kitchen counters. After going back and forth in what turned into a completely unprofessional conversation, (at one point she accused us of lying), she finally agreed to send them back out to round the corner and said Panda would replace our scratched cabinet door. He came back and cut the edge (this time I taped off the kitchen in plastic to contain the dust which took so much of my time) and he took our door so they could order another one. Weeks turned into MONTHS, still no door. Throughout these months, we spent a massive amount of our time on the phone reminding them of the door. After several months, we finally received a phone call that said our cabinet door was just dropped off and left by the back door. (??). They did not order a new door. Same door. They sanded out the scratch and attempted to color match the stain. Still very visible. Horrible, horrible experience. If we had known costumer service was nonexistent at Panda, we would have certainly gone with a different business. Extremely disappointed. read more

The customer service was terrible. The person who came out to measure was 45 minutes late. He came to measure on a Monday and I heard nothing about our estimate until I called on Thursday. Kenny, who was our sales associate, said he would call me back that day and send me an email with the estimate. I never received an email. I called back on Monday and he finally emailed me the estimate. I went into pick out the granite and quartz and it took almost 2 hours - it was ridiculous. The actual process of choosing the surfaces was easy, it took 10 minutes, but Kenny was all over the place, answering calls, running everywhere during our conversation. We finally agreed on a date for installation. Installation day arrives and nobody shows up, so I call. They messed up the schedule. The installation guys show up the next day. They were completely unprofessional. They broke one large mirror. The other mirror in the bathroom had to come down during the install and I was told they were unable to get the mirror back up that day. I called Kenny to figure out how to move forward. He did say that they were going to take care of the broken mirror and he would send his guys back out to install the other mirror. They measured the backsplash wrong, so it is much shorter than the standard backsplash, so now we have to mud the wall and repair. This has been such a long and ridiculous process with this company. I honestly have no idea how they can stay in business. I would never use them again and certainly would never recommend them. I would pay a bit more and go back to A&A Marble. read more

Oh I am so very disappointed with Panda and the management. I would strongly recommend NOT using them. I had so hoped to use them in a rental house we have as well but I will never use them again. I only wish I could post pictures on here to back up the poor job that they did with the granite countertops. Where they put the seam is fine however they used two different edges so they don't match up and it looks ridiculous. Then they chipped it in two places. When they sent a guy out to look at it and try to convince me that this was standard practice he put lacquer thinner on it and made it turn gray in a spot (it was black). He also horribly scratched the top when he was trying to remove the machine marks. It is about 8 inches long and 1-2 inches wide. It looks horrible. Their solution, come in remove the entire countertop and let someone else put in one. Based on the destruction that they caused with the removal of my original countertop I can't imagine what damage they would cause to my backsplash and floors again or that is exactly what I would do. The island was suppose to have rounded corners since we have a daughter with autism and they are very pointed. Nothing about this job was good starting with the crew sent to demo and install it. The lead guy was upset he was there, called his boss in front of me and was complaining about how hard the job was and how long it would take them. I have done my research and found a fabricators forum to where I posted pictures and asked for recommendations to fix the issue. Everyone of them said that is was done completely wrong and that only a very experienced person should even attempt to fix it. It was just a horrible overall experience. I didn't get a chance to ask his name before he hung up but their customer service over the phone was very disappointing. I called on 10/2/2017 to ask if they carry a certain brand/color of quartz. He was rude and unwilling to even check their stock. He said they have 1000s of quartz and it would be impossible for him to check. (I could believe they have 100s but probably not thousands of different color quartz.) He insisted the only way to check would be in person. I asked if he would at least let me tell him the name and color of the quartz and see if they had that general style/color. He quickly said "no, you have to come in and then hung up." read more

I would also give this company zero stars if possible, as the service is terrible. I was there twice, picked out the materials I wanted, and scheduled a measuring appointment. While i was there for my second visit, showing my wife what i picked out, I confirmed with my sales rep Chris that he would be coming out that day to do the measuring. That was actually my second confirmation. Sure enough, i got home and waited and waited for the guys to come by and no one came. I called and Chris said he mistakenly scheduled it for the following week. David, the owner, finally came by later that day on Saturday to measure the room. he said Chris would have a design for me on Monday. I talked to Chris on Monday, and he said he would have a design for me on Tuesday. Days went by, i called again on Thursday, and he said he was busy and he would have the design in the next couple of days. I texted him the following week and said I want to work with them, but I am concerned they cant get the project done. No response. A couple of days went by, and I called David the owner asking about the design and to give him constructive feedback on my experience to far. David chatted with Chris and called me back and said I can come in in person to do the design tomorrow, which is what I was trying to avoid since its hard to get away from work in the afternoon. Because i want to get the work done, I said I would come that next day at lunch (this is now 16 days after the measurement). David said that's not a problem and if I don't hear from him, to come by. Moved some things around on my calendar, and today when i was supposed to go by, I decided to call Chris to confirm since the location is about 45 minutes away, and I dont exactly have a trusting relationship with the company thus far. Here is our conversation Me: Chris, Im coming by to see you in a bit, i should be there in 45 minutes Chris: I hope you dont mean today Me: I talked to David your owner and he confirmed. Why cant I come in? Chris: I'm super busy man. And no one confirmed that you were coming in. The conversation went like that for a few minutes, and I just decided to stop throwing my business at them and move on. This is probably the WORST customer experience I have every had. I did call the owner, David, again to leave my final bit of feedback, but he was "playing golf." read more

I found this cabinet and granite store to be the best priced around and the best service out there for me personally. I believe A lot of people only post negative things about A company when that company does pander to there cry baby way. Again I have bought several kitchens and baths from panda in fact my own mother did her kitchen through panda and it has been 6 years and she still loves her kitchen and it still looks great. The only reason why we went with them is because of our contractor. It started that they wouldn't let me get the slab I wanted, then kept running me back and forth from one person to another, and no one was giving me answers.
