THEY WERE ALL OVER THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE TODAY BABY!…read more I must have wandered into the store while they were conducting customer service drills because they were all "at attention". I wanted to say "As you were" but decided to just let it be. Who complains about great customer service? No one! Several employees offered assistance and one gentleman was nice enough to get a basket to hold my wares. Love it!! So when I entered, I was hoping that they had the World Market selection, (like Perimeter) because I needed a snack. Unfortunately, they did not. They are a smaller store but probably have everything you need to make your bedroom and bathroom comfortable and cozy. Also they have great accessories and gadgets for the kitchen and other areas of the home as well. I loved the bedding that they had displayed because it was cotton and it felt really nice. I believe in 100% cotton bedding because I find it to be very durable and very cozy. When it comes to their bedding, you really have to watch for queen sizing because it is really not true queen size, it is designated as full/queen which means it falls short. This is something that I noticed a couple of years ago when I was looking for bedding but it may no longer be an issue. Just make sure that you check carefully. If you need to get organized, BBB can help you out. They have great drawer inserts to help separate your smaller items. I purchased a great boot rack which holds six pairs of boots in perfect position so that they hold their form and there is no drooping. As you get closer to Christmas, they have a great selection of "white elephant" gifts and small items that are perfect for stuffing stockings. I have been looking to update my bathroom curtains for a while and just had a difficult time nailing the color and length. Imagine my surprise when I actually saw the perfect color, on CLEARANCE and in the size that I needed. I kept twisting my head to see if I was reading the price incorrectly because the regular price was $37.99 while the current price was listed as $4.99. Yes, I took a photo. So I purchased $76 worth of curtains for $10. SCORE!!! Today was a good day! *** This is an update regarding the curtains I recently purchased for my bathroom. I love them! The color is spot on and they are a very heavy "drapery like" weight so they hand well. They also do a great job of blocking light. This is the second time that I have purchased curtains here and I have been pleased each time because they are of a very nice quality. I once purchased my drapes/window treatments at JC Penney but they have changed their signature collection so I needed to find another option. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Every employee has a positive and can do attitude. In December, we shopped nearby for a Breville toaster oven and we stopped at BBB and they found the model we were interested in and arranged Home delivery which took only two days! Today my wife went to BBB to purchase the Pro Glass 10 piece storage containers which was being discounted and due to their great close-out price were sold out. Not to worry, Bruce ordered 10 piece set for Home delivery! Not too many employees go the extra mile but BBB employees do! Thanks to you all

North Georgia Premium Outlets in Dawsonville, GA (706) 216-5211 (this is the outlet location) I prefer this store because of the sales associate's down to Earth approach to their merchandise. Not everyone (myself included) is knowledgeable about most of the items that W-S sells. I do think most people need some education before they will plop $350 on a German made sauce pan no matter how gorgeous it might look. This is where I think this particular store in The Avenue gets it right. They educate the consumer first and then let you decide. For example do you know why a person would use a stainless steel sauce pan as opposed to a non-stick? I didn't when I came here. I just thought it was a personal preference...apparently it's more than that...its about what you're cooking...but that's what's great about this store is that the folks here will explain all of this stuff to you without any pretentious snobbiness or judgement. In fact many years ago I bought my first big girl chef's knife here after I spent 20 minutes with a very nice sales person. (I previously had been using a $8 knife that I thought I bought from a street vendor.) I still use it everyday and it still cut like I bought it just the other day...so that old saying you get what you pay for is true in this case. You really do get what you pay for here at Williams-Sonoma.

A simple stop in to get a few things turned into a several cart purchase! I mean when we started thinking about things it was like well we need this we need that we need 5 of those... it was crazy!! Good thing we were in bed bath and beyond... they had what we needed for the most part. And if they didn't have what we wanted exactly, they had several others to choose from. They were pretty wiped out on bathroom stuff... if they had the trash can and the floor mats they didn't have the shower curtain that matched. So we had to spend some time working it all out... but we were able to. Help in this place... like everywhere anymore... was limited but we were able to find a couple of people who were a great help eventually. This is just one of those places it is hard to get out of for under and arm and a leg!! I know we neds to go back again... but man... I really need to save up the energy and the cash! Just sooooo much to do....

What is the deal with the horrendously long, boring lines to make purchases? I was excited when…read morethey began work on remodeling the purchasing and refund/exchange areas (counters, line path, self-checkout kiosks and full time attendant to stand around assisting in keeping the line moving). But, now that the renovation is done, nothing as changed. It still takes just as long plus you now much use their equipment (serf-serve) and more boring standing in line waiting time. I came in to exchange a single item I purchased last night that was defective. I did not want my money back, I like the product and just wanted to "exchange" it for one the same product that just was not damaged. Easy enough, right? Wrong. First, there is a note typed in black ink on a white 8 1/2" x 11" sheet of paper from an ink jet printer taped to a pole at the "Refunds / Exchanges" counter that says to get in line with those waiting to make purchases on the self-service kiosks. Borrrrrring. When I finally got to the front of that line I informed the employee I do not need to use a kiosk, I just need to exchange like product for like product. He then told me to pass on by the self-service checkout kiosks as I now have permission to go to the counter. Before moving on, I asked that employee was it really necessary for me to wait and wait and wait and wait in line with people waiting to make purchases at the self-service kiosks when I obviously after having waited in said line needed to move past all these kiosks just to get to the "exchange" counter? His short answer? . . . "yes". The employee at the exchange counter then kept trying to "refund" the defective item purchase and make me purchase a new (exactly the same) item. I explained that is fine, but make sure the coupon is transferred from the first purchase made yesterday and apply it to the new purchase today if that is what she needs to do. After an awkward two-second long stare and not verbally acknowledgement , she tried and tried and tried and tried to pull off this financial wizardry of a transaction until another employee who was listening in, walked over, took the broken product from me, handed me a replacement product and let me leave. Duh. What a genius move. I hope all the people behind me and to still to come are able to benefit from this "one" fabulously gifted employee's brilliance, unlike the many other common sense lacking employees. This company cannot get out of its own way and the people that suffer the most are not their poorly trained employees, but the customers who get wrapped up with them. Needless to day . . . I do not recommend this company when it comes to customer shopping experience.

I have since visited two or three times, and it has followed through on its reputation! Sue Becker is extremely well known in the flour milling scene, and even though it's a 45 minute drive for me, I feel lucky getting to be "so close" to her store. They have everything you need to start milling and then some. Many different grains are available, including oils and vinegars, salts and sucanat (a sugar alternative that's basically dehydrated honey). Cookbooks, cooking tools, a few snacky treats, loose leaf teas, and coffees and more are all available. Housed in a warehouse building, the interior isn't anything glamorous, and half of the building is separated from the store by a large curtain, portioning off a classroom area. The A+ staff is knowledgeable and friendly, even while starting busy, and has gone out of their way to help me with multiple things before (e.g. even kindly helping clean up after a sick child!). Saturdays are class days and get busy. They're small parking lot will get full, but being near the end of a side street, street parking is widely available. You might have to walk some yards, but you don't have any trouble even on the busy day. Online ordering and picking up or shipping is available if you prefer. Pricing is fair. They only stock organic of a particular item *IF* the organic is the same price or cheaper than the non-organic version. Otherwise, organic and non are often both available for the most popular grains. I really like how they portion out batch amounts for Ezekiel bread so you can just buy a bag of the 12(?) grains measured out for you instead of having to buy 12 separate small bags of grain. Thoughtful touches like this along with the many free printed hand outs with conversion sheets and guides show that Bread Beckers really cares about empowering people to mill their own grains. They'll walk you through every step. (If you come from far away and need a pit stop with your kiddos like I do, I recommend J.J. Biello Park nearby. They have a restroom, covered pavilion, and playground.)

Honestly, you should refer to Alex H.'s review, as it is spot on. I am throwing in my two cents,…read morebecause this place deserves it. It is not fancy; nothing like your local Williams-Sonoma, Sur la Table, or Crate & Barrel. But you may find things that you can't at those places. I think my first time coming here was 4-5 years ago. I am an amateur home baker and cook and after reading through blogs and scouring different websites dedicated to food, I get ideas to make new dishes. Some of these require certain receptacles or tools that I don't readily have in my kitchen cabinets (which are brimming with stuff, because I have insufficient storage due to apartment living... wah, wah, wah). Restaurant Equipment Market (REM) has saved the day for me, especially on occasions when I could not stand to wait two days for Amazon Prime to deliver reasonably-priced kitchen goodies to my home. I have gotten cake pans, a meat tenderizer mallet, candy thermometer, an awesomely wide stainless prep bowl, and sweet bread knife from this place. Today I spotted pots and pans and cutting boards that will most likely end up in my kitchen at some point. Some of the things here are not very attractive, so if your aim is to buy kitchenware that combines form and function and you have the budget for it, by all means, go to the fancy places and acquire all that you need. This girl who is always looking for holes-in-the-wall will not shy away from getting more things to help me further my kitchen sorcery.
