There was a high top bar that I needed lowered and the fireplace needed to be resurfaced. I reached out to FD remodeling and Diego came out and gave me an estimate. Once we started the remodel process everything was super easy and straightforward. The team did a great job on the work and even touched up the paint in some areas and hung a new light that I ordered. When I had a question about a gap between the waterfall and the wall, they immediately addressed it and the work is seamless - you can't even tell it's a false wall! The team also did a great job cleaning up after themselves each day when they left - they didn't leave so much as a speck of dust behind. I am in love with my new kitchen.

Anyway, we told her all the items we wanted, including a $5000 bath tub. In total, we had about $12,000 in our 'cart'. We went home to confirm we had everything we needed. In the meantime, I decided to price compare before we pulled the trigger. Literally every single item we had in our cart could be found SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper elsewhere. So much so that when I told my wife the prices I was seeing, she couldn't believe it. After finding every item at Home Depot, Amazon, Kohler, etc, the difference was about $3700 in savings. Not only the fact that they are waaaaaaayyyyyyy overpriced, the sales associate was completely unresponsive to any email correspondence I sent her. I asked her questions multiple times through email and she just never responded. Surprising but after the price comparison, I never planned on buying from them anyway. If you're in the area, it's a nice place to go to look around, see things in person, be inspired, but as far as purchasing, you can find better deals anywhere else. I really can't understand how they justify their pricing when we live in a world where looking up competitor prices is literally at our fingertips.

I was especially blown away by the install guy. This is a family operation; you can tell they are building it to hand down to the next generation. We have been burned in the past and put this job off because of those negative experiences. We were nervous starting this job because it involved removing the heated tile floor from around our custom cabinets and surrounding marble surfaces. Much to our delight, they removed our old flooring without damaging anything else. They respected the other spaces in our home and treated our property as if it were theirs. A few months after the installation, the new heated floor stopped working due to a faulty controller (it happens). They wanted to come out that day and fix it. It was as if they were still trying to earn our business after they had already cashed our check. This is the way it should be. The tile work is flawless, and the heated floor is much more consistent than our old one. You can find someone cheaper, but you get what you pay for. Giovanni completed our tile job a little over a year ago. We waited a year to ensure we had no problems before leaving a review.

Poor quality door finish & AWFUL customer service!…read more I've purchased a ~$3000 front entry door from the Roswell location. the weather stripping on it was cut too short by the factory and had to be replaced. when I tried to contact their "customer service", the person I spoke with (Ishio) blamed me for "not checking the door before installing it" and was unable to offer a proper solution or send someone to fix/replace it. Returning the door at this point is not an option and they know it. Their "warranty" won't cover labor required to replace it (~$160) I was told that I should get a call from the general manager Tim, needless to say no one called.
